When to use deadly force

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking practically, but not exactly in that way. They need a lawer too, and one may be less likely to do this kind of suit in typical ambulance chaser fashion.

Going to be interesting to watch. The law was written for a reason, and one would think that it will most likely have the desired effect in a lot of cases.

Patrick Stegall has already commented to me that he would require payment in full from a client who wanted to sue the shooter after a good shoot.

HaHa, a lawyer shouldn't be taking the case, period, if it was a good shoot. Otherwise, the lawyer may be paying out himself.

That's what I was getting at. If the law didn't exist, it would be easier for an attorney to take the case on a percentage of the winnings, and the poor shooter would have to pony up cash for the defense.
