Emphasis on AT them...not necessarily HIT them. I have some new reactive pistol targets. If someone shoots it with a rifle...

OS or Mike probably have the thread bookmarked with the directions. Mark is a bit busy at the moment. I'll see if I can dig it up this evening and post it if one of the others doesn't beat me to it. As for the time, I'll let you know as well. Mid morning usually.
