They say its the same stuff as the manufacturers use. If thats the case I got a friend who had a 9mm pistol dipped action and all and he goes out to ranges and shoots on a regular basis, and shoots multiple clips per outing. You can't tell that it ever been shot since it has been dipped. There's more ware on the trigger than on the action! I thought he was telling a fib til I saw it myself.

That is pretty impressive how it works. It includes a clearcoat/topcoat which will help the longevity of the item.

If the price were a little lower, it might be something I was interested in toying around with. To me it looks very intensive, even after watching the video. I just wouldn't feel comfortable dropping $100 on the kit, to mess up, then have to drop another $100 to get it right.

Unless it cost $300 to get it done professionally. I might consider it then.

I see that they added several new camo designs to the patterns that are available for the dip kit. I think that the digital military patterns will be a big hit with many people.
