Name is Murg. Well not really, but close enough. I answer to it.

I live in Knoxville, been here a day or two. It is home. I grew up in the mountains to the south, bordering on NC. Pretty country. I miss it. I don't miss the small minds.

I own a gun or two, maybe even three, but don't tell my wife.

I am just here to chat with other gun owners. Maybe learn something, maybe teach something. Share opinions and ideas.

I am a husband and a father. My hobbies are cars, computers and guns. Surely there are others, but I have a short attention span and those are the ones that are bright and shiny right now.

Glad to be here.

I learned a long time ago that this title goes over better than 'Excuse me while I whip this out...'

Although I have a feeling that would have found a home here as well.
