Whats a stripped lower selling for these days?

$250-$350, depending on condition. Not a big RRA AR fan.

For a RRA stripped lower? $150 or less is the going rate for stripped lowers from what I've seen. RRA stripped lower is $170 on their website.

Stripped lowers can be found from $60-$150 depending. Some of the higher names go for more, but rarely will you find a stripped lower for more than $200.

Most of the $60 are gonna be blemished from the lower end names, but I have seen some decent guns made out of them.

I also just noticed the pic shows it to have a full auto option. Is that ok with ATF or would I have so fill it in?

It's just cosmetic. As long as your gun doesn't actually go into full auto you're ok.

Pretty much. There's not a whole lot of difference in them. Obviously the quality will be better with some, but not enough to warrant a price of more than $150. For me at least.
