    • I would obey all the laws, however, fight vigorously to have my rights restored.

    • I would discreetly keep firearms illegally for personal/family protection.

I tend t agree with Creeky on this one. It will be so subtle that most folks won't realize it has happened till its already past. Kinda like Hitler was not really a threat even after he took over Poland and headed into France.

The TN government stated that they couldn't take away guns during times of emergency.

Passed April 30, 2007

T.C.A. 58-2-107. Emergency management powers of the governor.

(m) During any state of emergency, major disaster or natural disaster, the state, a political subdivision or a public official shall not prohibit nor impose additional restrictions on the lawful possession, transfer, sale, transport, carrying, storage, display or use of firearms and ammunition or firearm and ammunition components

Remember Bredesen wasn't going to sign that bill at first.

I thought they were already ignoring most of it anyway...

yah, but like the japanese in china, back in the 30s' with the league of nations......they prefer not to tell us to go to hell if they can help it..but they will if they have to.

when that happens, its open season boys..and no limit on politicians

Not sure what "Molōn labe!" means but if it means I'd be kickin' my governments butt then that's what I'd do. When our Rights are taken away like that then it's our obligation to rise up against our government and "fix" it thru armed revolt. Also, since everything would be illegal you can bet I'd have a lot of Full Autos sitting around the house. If I'm going to jail for owning an illegal firearm it's going to be one worth owing. LOL.
