Anyone know a GOOD roofing company/roofer in W Knoxville?

I need a leak fixed, nothing major but I am having a heck of a time finding someone to come out and look at it.  Its a newer roof and its obvious where its leaking from, been fine for a couple years and just noticed it when I was in the attic the last big rain.  Some want a credit card number just to come and do an estimate and others simple dont return phone calls.  I know there has to be a couple decent roofing companies out there but doing the phone book thing isnt working.  Anyone have any direct experience with a company who actually returns phone calls and does decent work? 

 

The company that did it originally went up north to NJ/NY and, of course, dont return phone calls.

If it's a minor leak, you can find exactly where it is and you don't have an absurdly pitched roof they are actually very easy to fix.

It is an absurdly pitched and tall roof, otherwise I would have been up there already.  I can see exactly where it is leaking from in the attic, my guess is an exposed nail that shouldnt be there came loose or didnt have any sealer put on it..  30 years ago I'd climb right up there and look :)

Called them three times over two weeks, talked to someone each time and they never called back.  

 

Maybe they all went north for Sandy, or just short on people for the winter, funny when we had the hail damage I had 50 people stop by and want to climb on the roof and give an estimate..
