Bloomberg: "I don't know how we would ever enforce that"

Duh?

Criminals obey the law, just like gun free zones, of course.   He must have been feeling poorly to say such a dumb thing.   Which is why I just do not understand why they don't make it illegal to hurt people, and simplify the entire legal system.

He was specifically referring to transactions between family, not backgrounds checks overall.  He would never admit the Background Checks overall are bad.

Right. I understand that. But by admitting that it isn't enforceable in that case, he is effectively admitting that it won't work across the board.

I don't think that he needs an excuse to say dumb things.

They could give a rat's hind end about how CRIMINALS would react, they are only concerned about how they keep a rope on the legal, law abiding citizen.  If they can control us, they have achieved their goal.

Government can not survive without criminals, they then would have no need for prosecutors, defense attorneys and Police, would cut way back on money and unions to control.

Some of you misunderstood what he said or didn't read the story. He wasn't commenting on transactions in general, he was talking about selling as opposed to gifting to your son.

Number two, I would argue if you want to sell your gun to your son, maybe you have a problem in your family,” he said.  â€œWhy don't you just give...

He's still an idiot and it's none of his business but his comment on not knowing how to enforce it was about selling to your son, not universal background checks.

Selling or gifting, is it a transfer?

On universal background checks, Bloomberg admits, "...I don't know how we would ever enforce that if it were the law."

12 Million dollars down the drain.

Hey King Bloomberg, why don't you buy an island?

You can call it Bloombursha and rule yourself.

Then you can ban what ever you want!
