I already have one but figured someone on here might find this info useful.  Fill the rest of us in if you go through them.

FACT: An NFA Gun Trust is the best way to purchase silencers and other NFA-regulated items.

A properly-prepared gun trust has significant advantages for gun owners. It enables the use of NFA-regulated firearms and accessories among trustees, protects against potential future regulatory restrictions, and provides for the orderly transition of ownership upon death. It also tends to speed up the process for obtaining NFA items, eliminating the need for a Chief Law Enforcement Officer’s signature, fingerprints cards, etc.

The EasyTrust is 50-state legal. The process of ratification will differ by state, but we’ll send you a document detailing the processes you’ll need to follow. We priced the EasyTrust at $129.99 – a fraction of the cost of typical gun trusts – to make it accessible to everyone. Reject the idea that a trust is a luxury item. In reality, it’s a must-have for anyone looking to #FightTheNoise.

Once the purchase is complete, instructions will be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process.  Please allow up to 30 min. for the instructional email to be sent.  If you do not receive an email, please Contact us.

I'm curious if these are any different than other Internet bargain basement type trusts... I would think that a specialty silencer company wouldn't want their name on something sub standard. That could be HORRIBLE press if someone got hung up because the trust sold to them by SilencerCo sold them.. Could prove to be a business killer?

If you can afford an NFA item, you can afford the difference in price for a real lawyer, from the state you live in to draft and execute your trust.  Or you can save a few bucks, get someone who may or may not be a lawyer (and certainly isn't licensed to practice in TN), from somewhere else in the country, to send you an email with an attachment.

Your call, folks.
