1. +1 for David, Got some .308 caliber 110 gr fmj from him for my 300 blackout early this year and it's working great!.    @Dolomite_supafly have you tried this powder to the 300 blackout? I'm almost out of the W296 and in the market for a new poweder.
2. I have the 16.5 ultralight rifle length gas system barrel. Have not shot it yet but the finish and machining is top notch let you know once I get it broken in. Palmetto had it on sale a while back got it for $204 delivered It's one of the lightest out there, it's the same barrel used in the Adams arms c.o.r upper piston gas system version, Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
3. Currently running the seekins precision adjustable gas block on my 300 blk like it so far cheaper @ 57.00 + shipping and its well built. Sent from my Nexus 7
4.
May I ask why the Classic is superior to the Challenger? This is not some sort of smart-aleck response btw, I'm really just curious more than anything.
I have the Lee classic single stage and its built like a tank, you can reload up to .50 caliber rifle ammo with it with no problem, simply put it's better quality and you can pass it on to your kids. 5. Prayers sent as well as some positive vibes! Sent from my Nexus 7

10. I was in Sport Academy in Smyrna late in this afternoon, only saw two boxes of 10mm and 38 specials each, that's it no 45acp, 40mm or 9mm, Really glad I took the plunge and started reloading in Oct 2011 was not that difficult only took a couple of YouTube videos and Lee's ABC of reloading now I'm good for the rest of the year. Also, start picking up your fired brass, local reloading store in Nashville is charging 6 cents per once fired 9mm brass there was a time not too long ago that 9mm brass was so plentiful few people pick them up.
11. A&H reloading 4th avenue downtown. Good prices but call first and make sure his open. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
12. When i was there, they did not have any 9mm ammo i needed to shot the m&p core I just purchased from them. At the current political climate you are force to reload or give up this hobby altogether. I'm at a point now were I'm shooting 300 rounds per week, add the cost of membership and factory ammo its not cost effective for me, I'm shooting 44 mags, 45 acp and 9mm plus, every time I go there I end up purchasing another gun, three so far this year. Good news is Charlie Haffner Range and Stones River Range are reloader friendly so there's hope and gun shops are popping at every corner here in Nashville. Nice to know we reloaders got options and choices. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
13. I'm in for one maybe two depends on timing and final price hopefully we can use D&H as the FTL great service from them maybe we can get a group price from them as well. Never know if we don't ask right? Thanks keep up the good work. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
14. Sent u a pm, looking for small and large pistol primers and power pistol or accurate#2 powders, I live in Nashville.
15. Just got another response, this time from the whitehouse.   When Discussing the Second Amendment, Keep the First in Mind Too   By Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary   Thank you for participating in We the People to speak out on an issue that matters to you. Let’s not let arguments over the Constitution’s Second Amendment violate the spirit of its First. President Obama believes that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to bear arms. However, the Constitution not only guarantees an individual right to bear arms, but also enshrines the freedom of speech and the freedom of the press -- fundamental principles that are essential to our democracy. Americans may disagree on matters of public policy and express those disagreements vigorously, but no one should be punished by the government simply because he or she expressed a view on the Second Amendment -- or any other matter of public concern. We recognize that the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, sparked an intense, and at times emotional, national conversation about the steps we can take as a country to reduce gun violence. In fact, your petition is one of many on the issue, and President Obama personally responded by sharing his views on this important issue.       I hate the fact that law-abiding gun owners like me are being stigmatized as dangerous everywhere, hope we can turn this around soon.
16. I got a favorable response from Lamar Alexander as follows:   Dear Roberto,   Thanks very much and letting me know what’s on your mind regarding the right to bear arms.   I’m a strong supporter of Second Amendment rights. Congress should not pass laws that take away these rights from law abiding citizens and leave criminals to terrorize the streets. Good citizens don’t abuse guns – criminals do. I will continue to support legislative efforts to protect the Second Amendment rights of law abiding Americans, and oppose efforts to overturn the Second Amendment.   In two recent cases, the U.S. Supreme Court clearly held that the Second Amendment protects the right of individual Americans to keep and bear arms. In the 2008 case, D.C. v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that D.C.’s restrictive gun laws violated the constitutional rights of Americans. Two years later, in McDonald v. Chicago, the court struck down the city of Chicago’s handgun ban and held that, like the federal government, state and local governments must respect Second Amendment rights. I joined legal briefs in both cases in defense of this constitutional right and was pleased with the Supreme Court’s decisions.   I am grateful you took the time to let me know where you stand. I’ll be sure to keep your comments in mind as Second Amendment rights are discussed and debated in Washington and in Tennessee.   Sincerely, Lamar     Hope he sticks to this.
17. Count me in. I live in Nashville I'd like to train with my Springfield XDs 45 and my Sig 1911 also have the Kahr PM9 and K9 I'd like squeeze in there if time permits. No rifles though, just handguns for me. Sent from the TARDIS using my Nexus 7

19. rmr - rocky mountain reloading, just purchased 1000 124 gr fmj boolits for 89 bucks shipped. and they take paypal!
20. on a lighter note Nashvile Armory offers free soda and water that's unprecedented IMHO, I'm a reloader and a member there and been using monarch 9mm 115gr brass from acedamy which my SR9c, Kahr K9 and PM9 somewhat likes they prefer 124gr +p NATO but it's a bit expensive. I've been picking my own brass which so far they have not forbiden, I will have to shoot my 124 gr power Pistol reloads at Charles Haffner open range which I think is good supporting both ranges they each have their own niche and gives me a very good excuse to renew my memebership at Charle's next year plus at Charle's I've meet and bonded with fellow reloaders, shooters alike. "Reloaders" are more relaxed and easy going, wise, experienced shooters I guess. I've been to Nashville Armory range at least 6 times since it's opening and so far have talked to only one fellow shooter, most are young and 1st time shooters w/c to be honest scares me a bit, know, i know i was a 1st time shooter too at one point but still, I did observed that the staff are polite and very efficient at what they do, that's why I'd be ordering my first sig sauer 1911 ttt from Nashville Armory for Christmas...
21. Yes, i fly fish for carp and cat fish very challenging 20 mins fights are the norm. Ive use bead head stick bugs and wolly buggers with sucess. And most important bring your NET, ive lost a 10 lb cat coz i yanked the leader and snap! Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
22. Just completed the Advanced Handgun Course with Officer Jeff Eady, last Sunday good instructor and learned a lot and got to shoot from inside the car Used my kahr pm9 with 4 mags. http://packnheat.net
23. SR9c in Black, with Galloway Precision's CCW trigger Kit, checkered stainless steel guide rod, Aluminum Striker Indicator, with Ramora 6ART holster works for me.. also don't forget the kay-bar TDI knife just incase. Shot well over a thousand rounds using the cheapest russian made steel case ammo for practice worked great, as for my defensive rounds, speer gold dot 115 grain hollow points.
