  1. I like it. I think it will go well on your rifle.
  2. "I gotta stop drinkin' before nine."
  3. My neighbor asked "why do you have you cat stuffed into your underwear?"....
  4. I voted keep the AR, BUT, we all know how much you want the gun site scout. It was your choice before you got the mini you had for a bit. We also know the the "best all around rifle" is a very personal choice, what suites me does not suite you, and the fact of the matter is that you want the scout bad. Get it, if it is not right for you sell it. You have only had the AR for a short bit and you have it listed, it is not right for you, that's ok, it will be the right gun for someone and they will be lucky to have it. What's important is that the gun you choose be right for you, you have to have confidence in it and be comfortable with it, no matter what type it is.
  5. I guess you don't want to tell us where in FL
  6. Looks like it is all head and tail. I cant imagine how the body of that beast in folded in the bed of that little truck
  7. Bass Pro got in a bunch of .223 when I was there earlier this afternoon.
  8. :screwy: Is that real? That has to be some youtube stunt parody type thing. This cannot current.   Oh and what the hell was up at the very end of the video? That guy had a frisbee on his gun.
  9. This is happening at 1226 in Ashland City as well.
  10. Please give him and his family our wishes for a healthy and complete recovery.
  11. Now that statement is just plain wrong. Everyone knows Krystal is the superior burger. :yum:
  12. Goddamn, I screwed around and dern near started a fight LMAO! I did learn something from this thread though, CQB and RANDEL can't share a table    Like I said, it is not the money, and I don't really care who caused it, that just seems like a scam.
  13. that is true but the shells are still priced as one unit and won't scan individually. It doesn't really matter the reason, at walmarts level or the state level, it is just smarmy.
  14. I  have bought the Federal plastic ammo cans of 9mm and .223 they had one stamp on the ammo box, inside was boxes of 50 and 20. What's the difference?   This box does have four 25 round boxes inside but is sold as one box, by them stamping each box inside, by their rules you should not be able to buy it because it is four boxes, not three.
  15. So let me preface this with how much I hate a damn walmart anyway.   So I am in a damn walmart tonight because we got a gift card as a, well, gift so my wife was just going to get house hold stuff with it. I went back to check ammo because there was nothing else to do. Of course there was nothing in the case. I did find the 100 round boxes of federal 12ga. bird shot so I grabbed one. When it rang up, I noticed a .40 cent fee came up, not .10 cents like every other box. I ask why. She tells me it is becasue it is really 4 boxes of 25. I said it was sold as one box and priced as one box, she even "reminded " me that I could only buy three of them. So why am i being taxed on four if it counts as one in every other aspect. I know in the grand sceme of things with all that is going on, it's only .40 cents but it just pissed the hell off.
  16. So sorry for your loss, but as others have said, take peace in knowing where he is and who he is with. Remember to look to him for strengh in these times and you will receive it.
  17. Very Very nice. Way out of my league though. I bet some nice stuff comes off that.
  18. O.K. so I did read that right lol. Do you use a mold or just our the lead back in the shell? Can you cycle them in a pump?
  19. O.K. I was confused I thought Dolomite said he was melting down the lead and making a slug.   I have often wondered if you could load buckshot into low brass for a low recoil HD type round.
  20. Are you guys saying you melt the bird shot and just pour it back in the shell, or are you using a mold of some type? Either way that is awesome!
  21. Earlier I checked my invoices, they had been cleared, thank you TGODavid, I know this has been a hassel for you.   I clicked on TGO store, clicked on 6 MO membership, clicked add to cart, clicked pay now, double checked my personal info that popped up and clicked continue and got this   Oops! Something went wrong! [#20X111-C] This invoice contains items you have already purchased which cannot be purchased again. Please contact an administrator for assistance. Need Help? 22. I have traded with a couple of times in this. I explained up front that I will only talk in Pre crazy wal mart prices and that is it. This means your 550 rd. box of .22 is worth roughly one 100 rd. box of fmj 9mm or if you want want one 100rd box of .223 you need to come up with 10 dollars more of .22.
  23. I remember when I was young you would here a saying that pertained to this. Of course that was 30+ years ago. I remember you used to hear people say it all the time and they were always very serious and proud when they did. Now it is almost taboo to utter the words. I think I can remember it......at least some of it....it went something like.....   I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.....   You don't hear it like you used to, now you hear phrases like "not politicaly correct".
  24. Trying to pay is when I ran into the message I posted above. It let me fill out my personal info then offered a continue button. When I clicked on it I get the "OOPS" message. I went to the clent section and saw the invoice there and clicked that "pay now" button, only to have it put another membership invoice notice. So I posted here. Under the OOPS message it offers a help me link that does not really offer an answer and a contact us link that is, at least on my end with mozilla, a dead link.
