  1. I hate thieves. I hope it finds its way back to you.
  2. Dang man, just about any other weekend I'd go with you.   The basement is flooded, so I'm going to be busy tomorrow...
  3. Check out Academy in Knoxville if you're ever over that way. Last time I was there they had Monarch Brass (PPU) .30-30 in stock.
  4. Thought I'd share this with you guys. You get a M91/30 plus 440 rounds of ammo for $200. I Think it's a pretty good deal, especially with $9.95 shipping. Cope's is also a superb vendor to deal with.     http://www.copesdistributing.com/russian-mosin-nagant-189130-round-receiver-rifle-with-440rd-ammo-p-7698.html
  5. Lol. You should've just said "gas for a week."

    Good Ak 47's

That looks like a first gen. Avoid these. Most, if not all of them came into the country with a single stack bolt which wasn't changed out in favor of a correct double stack bolt. Many complaints about these not picking up the next round in the magazine, so many FTFs. Try and find a NPAP or OPAP, gen 3. They are GTG, and well built.
  7. Nothing says 'Merica like a commie rifle with a poorly painted stock! http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=111250153671
  8. Got ya. I like Fugate's. They're good people. Check Academy next time you're down around 'Nooga. The last 2 or 3 times I've been down there, they've had plenty of 9mm ball.
  9. Yeah, I shoot a lot of steel case ammo in all my calibers: .223, 7.62x39, 7.62x54, and 9mm mostly. Silver Bear and Golden Bear are my favorite steel case ammo. When I had a 1911, I shot some Silver Bear through it with no problems at all. Felt hotter compared to the Winchester WB I was shooting with it. AIM has a good price on it for sure.
  10. I just ordered 500 rounds of Silver Bear 9mm for .20/round from Sportsman's Guide.
  11. I really like it, and I can't wait until we see the results!
  12. Whut? The one across from Krogers on Kingston PK? I've never seen one there!
  13. Lookin' good. I've been wanting one!

    Good Ak 47's

You'll want to find one with a commie barrel, not a US barrel.   NPAPs, OPAPs, and WASRs are solid entry level AKs and they all have hammer forged barrels that will last forever.
  15. Me either. There is also no heat shield on the synthetic handguards...I checked.
  16. Yes. I've actually heard that Century said that they were discontinuing the synthetic NPAP.
  17. The NPAPs are GTG. The best part is a new production CHF Serbian barrel. Also, it's probably best to avoid I.O. rifles, just in general.
