  1. Yes! My Uncle had a 1979 F100 SWB with a 302 and a C4. It would continually jump out of park. Pappaws F100 was a 3 on the tree, and the Bronco a 4 speed. No issues on those.
  2. My grandfather bought a 1973 F100 and a 1979 Bronco new. Both were fun, good lookin', and über reliable.
  3. I've looked at them before. The ones that I've handled seemed like a solid AK. I'll give you a list of pros/cons IMO strictly: Pros: Price-Where else would you find a milled AK for $550? Made in America-some average joe like me put this thing together. Looks-looks great IMO, and there are a few different wood or plastic stock options Cons: The looks of the rifle are great, but look on the receiver for a giant ass billboard-turns me off Made in America-foreign parts are a good thing on an AK. Commie CHF barrels are important to me, may not be to you Misleading marketing-these are not 100% USA made like CAI claims Neutered gas block, no provision for cleaning rod
  4. I ran some FM 9mm the other day. 115, 124, and 147gr bullets. All went bang. I would rather buy this than bulk stuff from Walmart. It was accurate for me. No malfunctions.
  5. Yeah, the kits come from former rifles. Of course the receiver has to be torched and non virgin barrels have to be cut up too :(
  6. Über cool.
  7. ^the 19 is just the perfect size for any occasion, or need that may arise.
  8. I saw you and the crew David. Y'all were swamped!!
  9. The banned list is a good idea, IMO.
  10. The way he carries himself is why I don't like him. I'll admit, I was upset about the 5.45 ban, but I can't forget about his warning in early March about how 7.62 was going to be gone. Completely wrong.
  11. Fugate's is great. The drive out there from Athens is nice too.
  12. Doh! That's right. The T56-2 has the little has the little bakelite thing on the folder I think. I'll give you back your $329 for it :D Very nice!
  13. I'm sure you know already, but that 56-2 is worth a lot of money..
  14. Checked APEX? Maybe they'll have one? It was either them or Atlantic that got some East Germans kits in about this time last year I believe.
  15. If I could get a rear trunnion that could attach a shovel handle, I would so do it on one of my beaters!!
  16. I always like to have something within reach. What good is a gun for SD if you can't even get to it quickly!
  17. Sportsmans guide had the 700 round spam cans for around $175
  18. You will find me at the gun show if they are there.
  19. A reduction in the number of socks and tactical beef jerky would be a great start.
  20. Sealed spam cans?
  21. Yeah, some goods deals there. For all you guys saying it was the end of the world for 7.62x39 ammo about 6 weeks ago...they have cases of Tulammo for $225 shipped.
  22. Wait, they still make .22lr ammo?
  23. I believe that this would qualify as "winning".
  24. Welcome from a fellow Athenian.
