  1.   No worries man, thanks for sharing your experience.  Good customer service goes a long way in my book.  The Daniel Defense gun looks better every day.
  2. Pretty sure it was posted in the league message prior to the one currently on display. 300/150/50 iirc
  3. Having owned a VP9, seeing this wouldn't prevent me from owning another. The VP wasn't designed to go through "military trials", it was an answer to what the people wanted. A striker fired P30. Seeing it fail so quickly was disappointing, but not surprising. I may be a bit biased though, as I am a fan of all things HK.
  4. Had you not said the glocks grip was too big I would've said USP 45, but since you did I'll nominate the HK45. The grip is really nice, and while the da isn't the best when new, it gets better with use and the sa is really nice. But this gun shines with the light LEM trigger. Or wait for the VP45...
  5. If I'm honest with myself this will be a range toy 99% of the time. I don't hunt and I'm not going into battle with it. I am however planning to move more out in the country next year. I would like to shoot some long range, say 500 yards or so, all while delivering more power than 5.56.
  6. i'm thinking the blood was from deanna's son who was manning watch and  pulled a nelson
  7. I've wanted a semi auto 308 for a while now, and was planning on making a purchase by October of next year. However, with FN running their free Geissele Super Scar trigger with purchase of a 17, it's making a SCAR hard to pass up.  It is still a big pill to swallow initially though, and my question is is it worth the price of admission? Those of you that have or have had the 17 would you buy it again?   In general the rifle will be used for punching holes in paper both up close and at distance.    thanks
  8. My dad gave me a treager pellat smoker about 8 years ago. I love it! I still use a charcoal grill for certain things but the low and slow method really gives good results. eta: the only thing I've had to replace on it was the cover due to it being weathered
  9. Thanks for the heads up, we live a half mile from there.
  10. That looks really nice!
  11. Not extreme at all, a list of people not to do business with would be quite nice.
  12. So what do you guys look for when a trade is offered? Whenever I offer a trade, I always try to offer a player or players that will help the other team, not just guys off the bench. If a trade is offered and not to your liking, do you counter or just ignore it completely?
  13. Can't speak to the 45c, but the night and day difference the apex trigger did for my wife's shield was worth the price of admission.
  14. sounds good
  15. thursday @ 7 sounds good
  16. 3rd works
  17. I'm in and good up to 50 bucks.
  18. Truly sad, the age of the shooter is what suprised me the most.
  19. Tried resetting everything last night, guess is time to make a call.
  20. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any problems with their att u verse at the moment. Both internet and cable signals have been out for a few hours now.
  21. Nice! I've been eyeing one of those ever since the NRA convention. The wife really liked the small grip module.
  22. There was a flyover for the US men's soccer game right about that same time at Nissan stadium or whatever it's called now.
  23. Just wanted to say happy father's day to all you dads out there today.
  24. Some plastic bottles from the recycling bin filled with colored water.
