Maybe a stupid question but is the event posted?

MSRP is $719, have read reports of others placing orders from online retailers for less than $600 shipped.

I've never shot a striker fired pistol and particularly liked it, but may have to give this one a try. I really liked the grip of the P30 but was never able to shoot it well. The trigger reset is much longer than the USP/HK45 (which I shoot very well) series which caused issues. The wife and I went to a nice outdoor wedding in the country over the weekend as guests of the bride. Halfway through the reception the brides mom comes up and asks if i was carrying, to which i answered I was. She knows us well and wasn't bothered by it but when we asked how she knew she said another guest pointed it out to her and asked if I was the security! (open bar, security is required) We all shared a good laugh and then I asked who noticed? To our suprise it was an employee of a well known lgs in the Franklin area! At the time I didn't think much of it but as time has passed the more it bothers me. Am I overreacting or was that a dick move? Worth mentioning the only visual clue was crossbreed clips.

The HK45/45c line is really working well for me right now. Love the mag release, they point so naturally and are boringly accurate and reliable.

I'll echo what most have already said, most will never notice, or know what it is if they do. My eyes were drawn right to only because i've been wearing the same thing for the past 8 months. The only person who has spotted me knew what it was by the cross on the clip. Needless to say, he is one of us.  My not so slim and trim physique along with darker colored shirts do a really nice job of hiding bulges.

Went yesterday, found a decently priced HK mag and bought it. Enjoyed walking around and fondling future must haves! Missed david's booth though.

I love me some P30! If you can try and find a long slide version to hold as well, some prefer the balance the extra length provides, for range and HD it can't be beat. The interchangeable grips really let you make the gun fit your hand like a glove. I liked the shorter slide release of the S model but hated the ambi safety, you can add the shorter slide release to any variant. The P30/P2000sk is a hard combo to beat!

I've been wrestling with this same decision myself lately. After lots of reading I think the answer will be save up a little more for a nice Dan Wesson.

Drink some HK Koolaid, the full size HK45 and USP45 are two fantastic firearms, set up with a LEM trigger they won't be much different than the glocks you already have.

Save your money! Several bricks of 22 for $60 and up, only a couple of vendors with decent selections to look at. Overall it was more of a flea market with plenty of jerky, pork rinds, books and t shirts.

The glock 30s makes sense if you really like your 22. Same size as your 22 and same manual of arms. If you just want to try something different take a look at the HK45c. It's a very versatile and very reliable firearm. You can change the da/sa trigger to HK's version of dao called LEM and have a trigger similar to the glock. It should be roughly the same size as the glocks to. Ive heard good things about the S&W M&P 45c as well but have never shot one.
