LOL.....He was window shopping at the time and told them he was planning on buying one out of state because he would save $1k in sales tax, they countered with 2 cases (160rds) of Barrett factory ammo and he bought it.

cool, thanks for the info on the cheek rest. My buddy case beats us both, he bought his gun from outpost armory and Ronnie came over a signed his case.

How it attached, sticker type material or screws through the upper? I like how your bottom case has foam inserts, mine is 100% molded plastic.

How is your cheek piece attached to the rifle? What does it feel like is it neoprene or something like that?

couple yrs back I was using my company cell phone and hot spotting our house, got pulled into the GM office once and was questioned how I was using 27gigs a month....LOL.....BTW Verizon was throttling my unlimited data, so I was constantly rebooting my phone to fool Verizon data stream, and another thing I learned over time using my phone 3-4g speeds were always better in the winter due to no leaves on the trees. We have this, just uses a regular phone line https://internetprovidersbyzip.com/service/att-internet-basic-6 It isn't fast, it allows me to stream tv and surf as well. You use dish or direct tv? I payed for that trap for 23yrs, best day ever was telling them to cancel my account

I'll be traveling to Vegas within the next few weeks to do a wellness check on my parents, I would normally fly and be unarmed but with all this CV19 BS going on I've decided to drive this time, I'll be driving through these states AR, OK, TX, NM, AZ, NV (1900 miles) will any of these states give me any grief if I CCW and carry a AR pistol truck gun? Thanks JR

Suppressing 10.5” 5.56
Johnny Rotten replied to maroonandwhite's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
I would suggest 2 areas to work on. 1. I would address the buffer system first, I'm going to suggest getting the V5 buffer system, its basically 1" longer buffer tube and a rifle buffer that weights a fraction more than a std H3 buffer. https://www.vltor.com/shop/ar/receiver-extensions/vn-re-a5-a5-receiver-extension/ https://www.vltor.com/shop/ar/buffer-components/sp-a5-a5-spring-and-buffer-kit/ the V5 set up will address several areas from ROF, bolt bounce, short stroking as you change to various lengths (10.5",11.5",12.5",14.5",16") of uppers. Best $100 bucks I've ever spent. 2. Adjustable gas block This will fine tune ROF and reduce the amount of gas in your face. Both will reduce wear on your lower. -

Do you have a video? Its ROF (rate of fire), 650 is the sweet spot, suppressed unregulated is probably around 850-950ish. -
