  1. McLintock! is excellent.
  2. No. Most of them are just places for people to offer unsolicited and often infuriating opinions.
  3. He also used Colt Walkers.
  4. Where the bullet goes.
  5. If it slides grease it. So many problems can easily be avoided if people would follow that simple rule...especially where 1911's are concerned. I use Tetra grease but that's just me. I do have a lifetime supply in a tub bought for changing an AR barrel. Will probably start using it when the Tetra runs out. Dolomite_supafly uses it on everthing and swears by it . Maybe he'll be along soon.
  6. Ray-Ban Wayfarers
  7. You ain't from around here are ya?
  8. The changing cylinders is easy. Looking bad-ass while doing it is the hard part.
  9. +1 on the Pietta's from Cabela's. They are of excellent quality at great prices.
  10. A Memphis jury will probably let the scum go.
  11. Man flown to hospital after hunting accident | wbir.com
  12. Look like factory crimps to me. Are those brass cases Aguila by any chance?
  13. The massive Smith & Wesson 460 will also fire 454 Casull and 45 Colt.
  14. Ruger does make such a 10/22 as a "distrubutor exlcusive". I'm wondering about the display model as well. Did you not inspect what was in the box before leaving? FYW, the barrel is going to be the only stainless part on any "stainless" 10/22. The receivers are made of aluminum and just painted silver....or black. And what Dolomite said.
  15. So do the metal Kahr's have the same long, spongy trigger pull? My experience is limited to the CW9.
  16. I wonder if this is to support some new gun design or current production. If it is the former, Colt does not exactly have a great reputation when it comes to new ideas. Maybe it's for the reintroduction of the Mustang.
  17. I really wouln't worry about it. If you've got a "new", as in just pulled from a crate of refurbed rifles, numbers matching Mosin it is good to go. If you are worried strap the thing to a tree, load it, tie a string to the triger and tear off a few rounds.
  18. No one. The :poop:ball is rolling downhill and there is no way to stop it.
  19. Why do people continue to do stupid crap like this?
  20. I have been watching that girl's father since this whole thing started. Give all four of them to him. I honestly do not know how he and his family can go through this again.
  21. I had my mind the in the gutter reading the thread title. For the record some guns are loaded some are not. I never set down loaded gun at the range.
  22. Although I knew this was coming it is thoroughly disgusting.
  23. Comments on news websites should be banned altogether.
  24. Very fun, accurate and just plain cool looking gun. You scored with that price and born on date. In case you didn't know it ejects to the left. Bizarre, but it does make for some fun at the range.

    Best SKS?

I hated the things until I got a Yugo 59/66. Very accurate, built like a tank, and very dense wood stock. Also has a gas shutoff and greneade launcher in case you want to get a golf-ball attachement.
