  So that is the major difference between legit and illegitimate postings? A sign with wording shown above simply means that they are appeasing the cowardly and has no force of the law? So "BWW bans guns on these premises" simply means that they can ask you to leave if they wish?    However a sign with a gun with a slash through it or a sign with wording that is substantially similar to the statute carries the force of the law?

I have had a very hard time discerning what is a legal posting and what is an invalid posting. I found this on USACarry: So does that mean that signs with pictures of a handgun with a slash are valid, as well as signs that reference 39-17-1359? What about something like this:

Look at it this way. If they sale the stuff for less than market value, someone else (private citizen) will just buy everything they have for sale and then mark it up themselves.   Free market at work.

Personally, I am very satisfied with High Noon Holsters. http://www.highnoonholsters.com   I have experience with their Down Under (straps) and their Hidden Impact (clip). I imagine something in the range of their Hidden Impact would be great for a G27. I use the Down Under with a P-01 and the Hidden Impact with a G19. Both of those are about the same size gun, and it would only be even better with a G27.   I just like something with a little bit more heft to it.

I've sent Corker, Alexander, and Desjarlais several emails. Only heard back from Alexander. I have no experience with calling, but am open to do it. Actually, can anyone give me the best way to do that? I suppose call their office and leave a message? Is that what to expect?

Interesting. The number of signatures needed was 25,000. Now it is 100,000. I suppose they realized that it was very easy to get 25,000 signatures for anything in a country with over 300 million subjects citizens.   I hate writing with a pen!

Times of course vary depending on demand and time of year, but when I applied for mine roughly the same time last year (first of January), it took just a hair around three weeks.   Good luck.

I hope it is acceptable for me to post this stuff here. Last night my Wife and I had an opportunity to volunteer and serve in a mobile FMSC operation in Chattanooga on Amnicola Hwy. I must first say that it was a very fun way to volunteer. It is just the perfect amount of time to enjoy but not too long to become bored or tired. I ended up donating some of my paycheck to them this this morning via their website. From everything I can tell and have read online, it is a very authentic and responsible organisation that really does attempt to help people in need all over the world.    For those in the Chattanooga area, they are going to be in the area until Sunday afternoon I believe. The actual "weight" of bills such as this will have to be tried to be seen, but for each state that passes something like this, the better a chance we have as a nation rebelling against gun control measures.

They only have to do with either disarming the law abiding populace, or making them into criminals.

  I've been reading some about it ever since you posted it earlier. It is certainly eye opening as to the mindset that some in the government have. Also, I would think that statistically you would be very safe betting that in the history of our nation something like that has actually taken place. History is written by the winners and the people whom control the media, and dead people don't make very good witnesses. 

  Imagine if all manufacturers created an "embargo" with New York. Imagine if Glock, SIG, etc all decided to not sale anything to NY. Imagine the NYPD attempting to purchase duty weapons and getting turned down.

Just caught a snippet on Fox about an upcoming segment on (I believe) a professor catching flack over claiming that Sandy Hook was staged. Should be interesting to watch if you can catch it.
