  2. [emoji379] This appears as the Apple squirt gun to me. It should appear differently depending on device. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Emojis are essentially a standard. How else would they work when you send them to someone without the same phone as you. What isn't standard is the exact display for each one. What appears as a toy gun may appear on someone else's phone as a real one. http://emojipedia.org/pistol/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. Reminds me the time in Economics in High School that we were having the conversation on what could be done to prevent stabbing people. A kid got stabbed by another by a SAK. My reply to the teacher and class perhaps they could just make stabbing people illegal. Turns out it already was, who knew? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. For those that have never been, this is an amazing shoot. I'd be there if I had the money to blow but it is an experience that everyone should splurge on at least once. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. At my employer they will pay for some college per year. If you leave within a certain timeframe of accepting such reimbursement, you have e to pay half of it back. Now, I don't think it would put you in bad light or anything, you just have to pay half of it back. Honestly, if you have a friend in HR just be upfront with them and ask them what would need to be done on your end to find another job. See if you can come to an agreement that will leave both you and them satisfied. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Thanks to the generosity of a member here, I now have three Mosin Crates! One has original lid, two do not. I think someone may be taking one from me tomorrow. I am thinking of perhaps a coffee table. I've been doing a lot of reading of how other people have done it. One thing I've noticed is that it seems hardly anyone sands/strips the original paint. That being said, I'd say it is probably lead based paint isn't it? A lot of people try to match the color and then paint over the original, filling any gaps, etc. Thoughts and process for a neat project?
  11. With HCP, I don't think traditionally you could have a round chambered in a long gun but it could be "loaded with the intent to go armed" in your vehicle, again just not chambered. Now with the new vehicle statute, anyone, with or without permit, can have any legal gun (long, short, skinny or fat) chambered in their vehicle, which is of course just an extension of your castle. 12. The Lifestray is a decent price at $14.96: http://amzn.to/29ESIPF
  13. http://amzn.to/29tFju6 Today is Prime Day (seriously, wonder if they realize 712 is not a prime number?). I bought my Wife one of the new White Paperwhites for about $30 off. Not killer but pretty much as low as the Paperwhites ever go. What deals have you found?

    Astana

So, my job requires me to drive around people's neighborhoods in a vehicle with flashers on it. Today ran into an individual who talked to us for 30 minutes about how the NWO headquarters is in Astana, Kazakhstan. Of course the usual "6 months until it all goes south" stuff as well as typical illuminati and false flag stuff. Meant to ask him what the latest status on Jade Helm 15 was but forgot. Also the Georgia Capstones and his Grandfather was a 32nd Degree Mason. So the sad thing is that I understood everything he was talking about except for Astana. Don't worry, I quickly educated myself on the issue. So be honest, who here follows me? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Well, I guess I was looking at it from this standpoint. Case in point, my employer does not post so customers can carry. However, employees cannot carry or risk termination. This law means that they cannot be held liable since that they do not post. However, although it would be legal to carry there I would risk termination. So what I wonder about is whether an employer would no longer feel necessary to restrict employees carrying whereas now many restrict employees carrying for theoretical potential liability. 22. Thoughts on places of employment? Could this theoretically remove any liability from an employer that does not prohibit its employees from carrying? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. And read the book. It is better than all of them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Wow. People do develop dumb habits. This tops the list. Reminds me of this though. My Wife performs modern ballet. We were at the Princess Theatre in South Pittsburg, TN. I was upstairs shooting photos and there was one other husband with me. Halfway through one of the shows at night two officers come in upstairs, it's just the four of us total. Well, they stay about five minutes and then leave. The other Husband gives me the biggest "what just happened face". He tells me later that since it was dark in the theatre the male cop pulls his gun out of his holster and uses his flashlight on the gun for navigation. Couldn't believe it. 25. Well. The AR stands for Armalite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
