  1. I keep wishing that Glock would come out with something quite similar to an MP5 that takes Glock mags. I couldn't resist that. The MP5 is by far one of my dream guns, just don't k now I will ever own one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I'm glad you bought it. Was seriously mocking me every time I saw it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Did this come from the classifieds? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Huh. Never knew that they made this model. Seems interesting. Would love to shoot one some. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I'll let you investigate the following, may or may not be what you are looking for. My Wife and I love Indian food, but we also try to be budget minded but only seek out Indian Lunch Buffets. India Mahal (Chattanooga/Brainerd) Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is good. I've been there for dinner once and enjoyed it. We really, really enjoy their lunch buffet but unsure if the dining experience for the evening would satisfy your requirements. Sitar (Downtown Chattanooga) Been here twice for their lunch buffet. Higher end place. Never tried their dinner but would place good faith that it would be a good experience. In the heart of downtown so lots to do before and after.
  6. Probably someone that either likes collecting and likes finding odd pieces that typically never get posted or sale, or someone that might intend on buying good deals and the selling them to turn a profit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I only post this here in good humor. It is what I referenced earlier but it took me a while to find it. It's from 2008 when Apple released a new MacBook, not MacBook Pro as I stated. Back then there was a lot of complaining about the available ports and having to use dongles too. http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/new-macbook-no-firewire.580472/ Reading through a lot of the comments and you might mistake them for being about the 2016 MacBook Pro if you didn't know they were from 2008!

My first response was really to ronald_55, who claimed USB was universal so why design a proprietary one. I just suspected he felt that Apple pulled USB-C out of their rear solely so they could charge for adapters. In my opinion, switching to USB-C was a great option as it is a standard. You have valid concerns for certain technical aspects, but they currently do not bother me. I bought an Anker USB-C to USB-A adapter to keep in the bag. My needs sound vastly different than yours. Also, if you want something funny, look back to when Apple released the first Unibody MacBook Pro. They dropped a few other ancient ports in favor of USB-A. People were complaint about that saying the same thing some are saving now about USB-C. Guess USB-A caught on a bit eh? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

USB-C is as far from a proprietary connector is as USB-A. Thunderbolt 3 is an Intel technology that is based on the USB-C connector. In my opinion, it is the most versatile MacBook Pro ever. A few bucks might need to be spent but the bandwidth that can be pushed over each port is amazing. What about buying a monitor that charges your laptop, feeds a few USB accessories, perhaps a few externals, etc all over one cable. Still have three more ports too! I have a USB 3 hard drive that uses the USB Micro B connector. I bought a cable that is Micro-B to USB-C. That isn't a dongle, it's a cable. I bought a USB-C SD Card reader. Guess who the only folks that liked the SD Card reader built in were. People that used SD cards. Compact flash people still needed a card reader. If you need a monitor, sure an adapter cable/adapter may be needed. Same for networking. Myself, I have very stable Wi-Fi at home so I don't care personally. Going forward, with monitors, accessories, etc all coming out in USB-C, it is the future. My money is where my mouth is. I have a 13" w/ TouchBar and couldn't be happier. 14. Ehh. It's Christmas. Lighten up a little. He hasn't started Jade Helming, Shepherd Mastering, or CommBombing yet. As a test we should ask him .40 S&W vs 10mm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got to thinking about them a bit more. My MagPul case has a slight lip that extends outward past the screen. Obviously it covers all the back. The lip is typically trusted to protect the front of the phone. Why not the same theory in protecting the back? That's what bumper case does I guess. Wouldn't mind having one to try but I generally like my MagPul cases so much I'm not sure if it could convince me otherwise. Looking up more about them now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hmm. I have been using MagPul cases for a decent while. Are those bumpers really protective enough? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. Yep. Love/hate with Tapatalk. Years and years ago I "purchased" Premium from the App Store. Then at some point less years and years ago they restructured and eliminated their Premium App that could be purchased. Now they just have one App and to eliminate ads you have to pay-up. They do have a yearly subscription as well as a "lifetime". But lifetime only means until they change things up right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
