I have some in my arm, shot from 3 feet by a dumb ass many years ago. You have to be very close to make it work well.

Lyman molds are good as well, can be picked up from ebay some times for a good price. I started with ladle pour, have gone to bottom pour now. Lee makes a good lead pot for both. Molds, LOL, I have a few, just picked up a .725, 740 gran 12ga slug mold. Gone be a hoot to shoot.
