  2. If ya shoot a 40S&W, you can do the same with a 9mm case and make a 40 cal projectile.
  3. Yea the dies are $325.00, more than I want to spend. I did all this with what I have now, no extra cost.
  4. GOOD JOB!!! I dont think you could buy a better one.
  5. Boolits= as God laid it into the soil,,grand old Galena, the Silver Stream graciously hand poured into molds for our consumption. Bullets= Machine made utilizing Full Length Gas Checks as to provide projectiles for the masses. Step 1 Clean annealed 40 S&W fired case, primer left in. seat a cast 40 cal HP boolit deep. Step 2 Trim a nickle 44 mag case to .80 to .85 inches long. Insert the 40 case into the 44 case, I used my reload press to mash the cases Step 3 This is what it looks like after you pull the 40 case out of the 44 case. You can use a hammer to mash the cases as well. Step 4 I used a seater pin from a 44-40 die to finish the roll, pushed through a ,430 size die. Step 5 This is what ya get, a 44 mag boolit/bullet hand made 250 gr HP I will get a ,429 die to get down to the right size. All this took about 10 mins to do. I did have the 180 gr 40 cal boolit cast before hand. I have not loaded or shoot these yet, still have to size to .429

  10. Who needs hammers or rocks. I just use my fingers to push the roll pins in. I helps a lot if ya drill out the holes first, then they just slip in.
  11. I only use weight to load with, not volume. Now with a fine powder you might be alright, stick powder will not work out just right.
