  1. Tank of a pistol. Love them! Congratulations on the score!
  2. Man I can’t believe this scope lasted this long. Figured it’d be gone in a day or two.
  3. Wow! That’s a huge difference in 10 minutes!
  4. Yeah I was really surprised at how healthy his coat was. It was the first thing I told my buddy when we walked up to it. That was a 6.5 Creed 143 grain Hornady ELD-X.
  5. No, I didn’t weight them but he was a pretty good sized coyote. He’d been eating good for sure and was healthy.
  6. Glad to hear she’s getting better
  7. Holy crap, that is one of the wildest things I’ve ever seen.
  8. Thank you! The bolt action is a Savage 110 Tactical in 6.5 Creed with 6-24x50 Vortex HST. I built the AR from a TGO Cross Machine Tool billet receiver set. Has a Geissele Mk8 rail and 18” Ballistic Advantage .223 Wylde barrel, and a Vortex PST 1-6 in an Larue Tactical QD mount. It’s an extremely accurate rifle that I built primarily for coyote hunting so it’s my go-to most of the time. I run the SilencerCo Omega can on both of them.
  9. I know, been holding it a long time. Had to stop holding my breath cause I started seeing stars Ehhhh maybe one day someone will do or say the right thing and get it really moving. Until then, early mornings and late evenings will have to suffice until colder weather gets here. Then I’ll hammer all day after them on my days off.
  10. I’m pretty tickled with my setup as they are now. But if TN ever passes night hunting I’ll definitely look to get a tripod.
  11. I run a Swagger bipod on both of these rifles but if I have both out for the day I have a Bog Pod bipod that I use for the Savage. I’d like to try out one of the carbon tripods for sure though.
  12. Thank you! 143 gr ELD-X did a number on him for sure.
  13. Thank you! I was surprised he had as pretty a coat as he did this time of year.
  14. Had a good morning Saturday. Anyone been getting out?
  15. Some nice stuff here, someone will probably jump on them quick. Good looking builds Smith! GLWS
  16. One of the guys told me they didn’t have any reloading stuff when I asked if he’d seen any primers come in lately. I thought he just meant they were completely sold out. Which I thought was strange because they usually had a big selection of reloading items. I didn’t realize at the time that he may have meant they have quit carrying anything for reloading. That is bad news for sure if that’s the case going forward.
  17. I finally made it out to Murfreesboro today to check out the new location. I didn’t use the range today but probably will at some point. The layout is very nice and spread out more than it was at the old spot. Many rifles and pistols in stock and quite a few people in there buying as well. I saw quite a few small things I’d like to have but kept my self control and walked out under $20 Picked up a Magpul 20 round 5.56 magazine and a flag morale patch. Have any of you used the range, and if so what did you think of it. I don’t know if the 100 yard lanes are open yet and probably should have asked while I was there.
  18. Thanks Shaun! I’ll see if I can grab a box before they’re gone. Appreciate it brother, hope you’re doing good.
  19. Admin, please move to Gear Classifieds. Posted here by mistake, sorry about that.
