Me, I buy a gun to use. So I would go with a nighthawk custom GRP. I have heard those things will take a beating!

I have more faith in my marlin 30-30 than any rifle inxmy house. 7 round total capacity and the new hornady rounds are awesome! 200 yards with absolut ely no doubts.

No gun will replace a "favorite"! Been there done that part recently, but money wise u got the better deal. As far as friend goes though., Freshman year of college my engineering professor told us to "drop 10 and punt!" He was talking about girlfriends but in this case it applies fully!

I traded my emp in .40 for an ar and a shield. I never thought I would actually miss a handgun. I MISS that gun!!

I was in band also. Trombone, our band was a 4A rank and we did the competitions quite regularly. We even got to open city walk in orlando FL one year. I also met the ol lady while in band. LOTS of fond memories lol.

I agree, I had a m&p 40c and it had a lot more "snap" than my shield.

I lucked into mine at hero gear back before December, have not saw one since.

I love mine. Is is a .40 and my wife has the 9mm shield. I would love to get back into the 1911 though.

I like to shoot. Just don't get to often, I shoot an older pse. They make bows with longer draw lengths, I had a grizzly bear with a 32" draw several years back. The bad thing is my draw length is about 29.

mine was first given to me when I was 10. Will never get rid of it and trust it more than any of my other rifles.

I bought my wife the 9mm. A month later and I go into hero gear and they have the 40girls version.

Anyone know anything good about this gun? I am torn between it and the sig 516. Someone help this new to ar guy?

Lol. Courtney did not like her. 40 at all. She liked mine more! But she likes her new shield. She's a nurse, her anger issues are with people besides me lol!

My ol ladies ran great even though with all the talk about dropped magazines I was expecting problems. 50 rounds of speer lawman and 14 rounds of critical duty and the results were me pleasantly surprised and my wife grinning like a school girl and loving the sport!! Although on a skeleton half target she was really good at the lower region shots!! Scary, womans intuition.

When I got my wifes, they had five. When I left the store they had 2. That was the last shipment though.there price was amazingly good!!
