dDd you see the kids during the riot that walked up to the police lines, sat down and posed in various ways? It needs to have a least a 1GB NIC, 10GB if you're trying to for a 2gb pipe. The sections about windows 10, solid state and an i7 is complete hogwash however. That's probably the minimum they will support, otherwise they'll blame your equipment for not handling their "blistering speeds"
