By this logic, the Surefire Mag5-60 would be along the lines of a 40mm grenade.

In Nashville Man pulls gun after his order was messed up
NoBanStan replied to vontar's topic in General Chat
I've seen a video of how it's done. French fries are hand picked and stuck into styrofoam to make them stand up straight. The hamburger patties are split so they can fan them out to make them pour out of the bun. The smoke trails are water mixed with dry ice, placed with an eye dropper. -
1 reason to go contacts: peripheral vision. I occasionally switch back to my glasses and it amazes me how little I can see. You don't have to constantly turn your head to line up your focal point in contacts. Thought about Lasik, but not everyone gets back to 20-20. You may have bad enough vision that improve.. but still need glasses or contacts (though in a weaker prescription). I've got -4.75, -4.25, which means I can read a things clearly about 6 inches in front of my face. But with my contacts, I can see for miles.

Did you enjoy your teenaged spit sandwich? :D I always make sure I have the food in hand before I tell them how much I hate them. -

Bet you they get that damn sammich right next time.... -
I was torn between the newer p-07 and the older model. I liked the newer finish on the slide, the hammer and the style of the trigger...but the pull on my older model is waaaaay better. Front serrations. ..meh, take it or leave it. I would like to have a P-09 though. And a P-01 and a shadow and a phantom and an SP-01, and, and, and.......

I'm with you, though my personal favorite is "Geek" and only Daryl seems to use that thus far.

I keep my head buzzed and love to talk firearms so I've been asked NUMEROUS times if I served. I didn't, so I just say "no". It's a simple choice, why lie? What's lying going to get you? Maybe these people just feel worthless because they didn't. Admittedly there's an empty spot in me that wishes I had... but I didn't. That's that. I've never wanted to claim something that I didn't earn. I earned a wife, 2 wonderful children, a college degree and an awesome career. I'd rather brag about those things. ***edit*** Vontar, just following your lead, thus the quote. Didn't want you to think any of my comment was directed at you :)

No shame in that game. I was just discussing doing that to mine Saturday

Very nice. Are the markings on your full size factory colored or did you do the ole crayon trick? (The red/white lettering I mean)

Yeah good luck with those affordable H&K mags :D My beef is with the grip on it. It's stippled but not aggressive enough. They make Talon grips for the USP. Thought about trying those.

Yup. On Thanksgiving night dad has to put up the tree (not fun after overeating). The lights go up the same week and Elf on the Shelf starts his shenanigans .

ah ok, I'm no medic... I figured that lancing would have some means of continual draining like I've seen with dogs... a tube or whatever that keeps the rot from setting in.

I traded my full size for the compact model. I'm honestly indifferent about it. The Full size was too large for day to day use.. but I don't think the compact is as comfortable. I've been on the fence about trading/selling the compact for awhile. Just haven't taken the notion to do it.

If I know me.... I'd be after that with a scalpel and as much peroxide and alcohol as I could stuff in it.... Can the doctors not lance it or something?

Grew up Baptist, can confirm collection plate. Though the potluck was seasonal. The Christmas tree and socks comment reminded me of Jim Gaffigan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJAxRVeKnTE

Is this the same shooters that's at all of the LGS's? (from murfressboro road I think). If so, that kinda surprises me. I've always found respectable prices at his tables. In fact, every time i'm at a show, the owner always winds up talking to me for a bit.. and he doesn't know me from Adam. Plus when the sandy hook scare happened, they were selling AR's like hot cakes for retail prices. no markup... I personally think that's awesome. When I was browsing semi-auto handguns that my wife could manipulate, he actually talked to her for a bit and made her feel more comfortable about the idea of owning one. You know how it is... the wife never listens to you, but a perfect stranger tells her something and suddenly it's accurate :D

***UPDATE*** Well, someone broke into my car.

Damn you for posting this when I have a chest cold. I just laughed/coughed/choked all at the same time. I'll never drink coffee again.

I feel like one of the cool kids because I got to see this before it hit TGO. BigK's handywork is legit though. We whipped up a crossbreed style kydex/leather IWB holster for my USPc .45 in a matter of hours (and most of that was staining time). I learned enough that I'm pretty certain I could pull it off solo. Ever thankful for the knowledge transfer bro.

Ive gone so far as running my truck up onto my front sidewalk and sitting him in the drivers seat. He's fished in my toilet. He drew mustaches on the family that spent the night. He even built a tower out of various objects to swing on my ceiling fan..... stupid elf.

Tree goes up Thanksgiving night. Lights.... well, depends on how cold it is :) Same rule every year at my house. ***edit*** And Elf on the Shelf doesn't start for the kids until December.... made the mistake of starting it in November the first year.. you start running out of ideas real quick....

I don't know about you guys but I don't know if I'm more impressed by Maggie toting that Mosin.... or disappointed that Glen has the fancy AR while his wife packs the behemoth. Frankly though, I think I trust her aim more than his :D
