    I have one in 40 S&W, runs on everything but Wolf. Pretty accurate for what it is and except for what I consider a weak stock wrist it is good for the money. I would use it for home defense. You can get an ATI stock to replace the factory stock for the 9mm only, so far.

    Just check it each time after cleaning and then again after resizing/depriming and opening up the case mouth. Each operation may show a defective case.

    Was it a bad charge or crimp or bullet seating depth? And what about the departments procedure for controlling lots of ammo, i.e. who was issued what, how much and when. The department did not take all bad ammo out of use.

    Depends on many things. Max load, is the brass high quality, full or neck resize, crimp and damage from chambering, extraction and ejection.
