  1. I have been guilty of using the "very over priced" button a time or two. Some of those folks are crazy.
  2. You may want to check the prices on Quality optics and accessories from Leupold, Bushnell, Burris, Nikon and more! if you have not already.
  3. The Vortex PST line is coming out... I hear great things about them and may pick one up myself.

  5. I have one on order for my S&W 60-7 Jframe. I hope to receive it soon. Congrats on your new holster..a wise 1st choice IMO.
  6. Nope I checked. I have a few M1 garands and always check just in case some GI packed his stock full of 100 dollar bills. Thanks I talked myself into this one and the more I look at it the more I like it. It is a sweet shooter too. I thought that it would recoil much worse than it did. Good luck on you M1917 hunt
  7. I wanted to check the sighting on the PBR that I have in for sale since it had a loose scope mount the last time I had it out. In addition, I picked up a 1918 M1917 Eddystone rifle a while ago and was itching to take it for a spin too... The M1917 will be 92 years old this year and is a hoot to shoot. I will have to get use to it as there is not a sight setting for 100 yards (200-1600). The sights do not have windage adjustment either.. .OLD SCHOOL for sure. All the shots hit paper at 100 yards.. just not where I wanted them to exactly LOL I did get the PBR .308 back to "ok" too. It has a four round mag and here is the 4 round group. It was not far off at all. Without the cold bore shot the 3 shot would have been a .50 group. With the 4th it is a .78.
  8. LOL damn that is almost word for word what his reply to me was when I emailed him about his healthcare vote. "I was a professor insurance law at Vanderbilt and know more than ...blah blah blah"
  9. Are you in Marsha Blackburns district? If so.... LUCKY you..
  10. Welcome.. I grew up in MJ. We are about the same age did you go to mount juliet schools?
  11. I may be able to arrange a Hartline meets TGO if we had enough folks that wanted to hear him out in person.
  12. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/national-politics-legislation/30105-tennessee-representative-health-care-votes.html I had a friend that knows that I dont care for Jim Cooper send me a link to Jeff Hartlines' website. He is running for Coopers seat and I may take a strong look at giving him my vote. Just thought that I would pass the info along. Does anyone know much about Heartline? 19. I was wondering if Froggy and the other mid to long range shooters could post up links (or info) to Mid to long range shooting events for 2010. I would like to check my schedule and shoot in a few if possible this year.
  20. I have met Ramsey more than a few times and Wamp once or twice. I was at a dinner function with Ramesy last fall. He sat at the same table where I was sitting... so we had a "good talk". After asking him some questions and listening to him speak a few times I believe him to be the candidate that the State needs. He is “pro business†and may be able to do great things to get Tennesseans back to work. http://teamronramsey.com/about
  21. I will be missing this one. I am headed to the one in Louisville that has 3,600 tables.
