  1. Nice shoot'n I wish that I had a "range" like that. Nice shoot'n partner too
  2. I bet that will not make them flinch a bit They are well aware that they are only liable for the amount of the loss, if anything. If he had in wrtting that they were going to pay for lost wages then a judge may expect them to pay and order Travelers to do so. Since it is not in writting then it is a "he said ..she said" deal. I will keep using Travelers for my Home & Auto Insurance. Howver, I will not use Domino's in the future because they suspend employees for not at fault accidents.
  3. Yes, I hear that he will. The Tennessean (I think) said that folks like rayburn plan to push back using the "safe workplace" argument... perhaps with the assistance from their workers.
  4. Do you have a copy of Donimo's "policy" where it states that they suspend you for a not at fault acciddent? You may want to carry that to court. They Atty taht you called most likely cut you short because there is not much $$$ in it for him/her. And in most automobile claims you have to be injured to receive a loss of wage paymnet.
  5. It may be best to take the person who hit you to small claims court for the lost wages.
  6. Tipper was seen cheating on Al with manbearpig....
  7. Nice ole Stevens. I have a Western Field (Stevens for Montgomery Ward) 1936 520 riot gun . I like the 520's becuase you can hold the trigger back and pump away.
  8. Thanks for the replies fellas. I did pick up the action today and test fitted everything. I may start the bedding project tomorrow. I need a releasing agent... I will hit wal-mart in the AM and get some neutral kiwi shoe polish.
  9. Nice work You must have a real steady hand to be able to cut stencils like that
  10. It was a "different" kind of "stoke"
  11. Actor Gary Coleman dies of brain hemorrhage. Gary Coleman, the child actor who starred in the TV show Diff'rent Strokes has died, CNN and MSNBC reports. He was 42.
  12. I received a ROUGH Rem 700 SA HS Precision LTR stock with a purchase a while back. Someone had removed the paint with sandpaper or something very abrasive. Well it was still a good stock.. it just needed a little TLC and a few minor repairs. I used Marine-Tex to fill in the chips and to add "grip texture" to certain areas. Then I went crazy with Krylon rattle cans. Not too shabby for my 1st attempt . I hope to pick up a Rem 700 Barreled action this weekend and then take my 1st shot at bedding a stock/receiver (marine-tex). I thought that I would share the progress, as it was a fun way to save a good stock. Before: Adding the Marine-tex texture / filling the chips: Adding paint and "camo" Before removing the tape... The "after"
  13. I cant wait to read the comments when they start rollinging in... Senate overrides veto of guns bill | tennessean.com | The Tennessean

My current three: 2003 Cobra Coupe with a few extras 2003 Convertible... also with a few go fast goodies 1998 Cobra with a good bit of suspension parts
  17. DaG .. I agree with Froggy. The Sinclair is MUCH more solid feeling than the harris types. It is not as "pratical" as the harris types but it will be a range/match rifle anyway. It does swivel from side to side and will lock in place with the podlock type arm in the center.
  18. I went with the Nightfoce 12-42x56 First outing with handloads. Target is a F-Class 600 yard target reduced to 100-yards. 5-shots in the pic below.
  19. My latest project turned out to be all black 1st outing with handloads. 175grn SMK 5-shots
  20. Humm sounds like a way to get range ammo ..and paid for working the show at the same time
  21. You may be right Mike.357 I was just going by what I watched in the movie. Now that I think about it they were always on the ground when pictured with the Garands.
  22. I believe the 507th was reactivated sometime prior/during the gulf war. The folders are the ones that are called "paratrooper carbines"... However, I have watch movies with old footage ( Down to Earth- 507th) and most had M1 Garands.
