I had the same problem out of a brand new pt111 taurus millenium, turns out I should have cleaned it before going shooting, light strikes on WWB, took it home cleaned it and it had some goo instead of lube in it from the factory, worked fine after some cleaner and remoil.

My grandpa had an old 10 gauge he left behind when he passed away, my stepbrother talked me into shooting it when I was 13 and I still have phantom pains from that S.O.B I probally didnt shoulder it well and it was a single shot, and sadly yes it laid me on my butt.

since you said "cheaper,simpler" guns, Yes I do have fun with one, it's a remington 581-s bolt that I really enjoy shooting, actually much more than my ruger 10/22 the ammo lasts longer and it is stupid accurate, slayed MANY squirrels, birds, and cans with it...and soon to add, our pets...a family of groundhogs that were cool to feed and watch till they started chewing and tearing up wiring and insulation around the central heating and air unit and the shed!

I thought it was kind of a scam...until my nra member card came and then the magazine last night, I have already gotten a discount from the sportsmans guide with my membership to the nra...and I havent gotten any spam mail as of yet! I will renew...its worth the 25 bucks, already saved 10 bucks on a range bag too and the mag is a good read too.

I posted a want ad for a concealable revolver, after no takers on a used one I shot up to Guns and Leather and came home happily with this: Taurus 85 Ultralite in two-tone. Exactly what I wanted, concealable, light weight, and affordable. Put 50 rounds through it at their indoor range and am quite satisfied. Customer service was great, way better than last time...I think when the house is packed its hard to help everyone but I was very pleased. Thank you D. Brewer for your help.

I hated my pf9...but loved my p32. How about a .38 special revolver...seems what I grab lately is my taurus ultralite!

It would be better if you bought a kel-tec. I can honestly speak from experience...my pocket pistol history went like this...lorcin...traded to dumb guy, cobra...sold FTF, keltec p32...regretfully traded off, and now taurus 85 ultralite revolver. The taurus is more expensive but I love it, out the door with ammo and a speedloader for still under 400. and for under 300 I wish I hadnt traded my p32 keltec. I have no experience with the 380 keltec but have heard good things from it. budget minded or not I wouldnt get a cobra or lorcin and yes I am speaking from experience.

it's gotta be a joke...I have seen those pictures before...there was an ad wanting a HP pistol about 10 or so threads before that and some snob thinks it will be funny to list a broken HP. Their warranty would cover it and I have owned 3 HP firearms and even liked my 995 carbine just as much as my ruger pc9. I honestly would pay double...90 dollars for it.

I know everybody is talking about a pistol holster but I took a rifle case...one of the soft zip up ones cut the handles off and screwed it to the underside of the rear shelf where the speakers are...when you open the trunk you cant see it and usually it has a 12 gauge pump in it or a lever 30/30, also when the seats folded down you cant see it.

I wont give them any more of my money. I really like sportsmans guide though. I had an issue with CTD and though the customer service was OK I had to write them twice to get my full ammount of money they refunded the product but not the shipping and it was their fault.

I shot it and it didnt seem to blind me. I think that may be a myth. Here is a video that is shooting a 22c at night if you want to see the flash in action. here is what just showed up!! my 40-9mm conversion parts. Now no more scrounging for .40 and 9mm is half the cost. When carried it will be set up in original format but for plinking it's gonna get the cheaper ammo.

I have wanted a glock for a while, so when I fineally scored one I had to share it with you guys! I am already wanting a compact now. This is the glock 22c, I also ordered the Lone Wolf conversion and a g17 mag so I can shoot 9mm through it too.

I just traded off the pc9, I listed on on...errr..LSN because I dodnt have enough posts until yesterday to list it here. I got a nice glock now though!
