Patently wrong. It's more like, if the other guy farts you still smell it because pants - like masks - leak.

What kind of guidance are you looking for? iPads are what they are. https://www.apple.com/ipad/compare/. If she's happy with only the apps offered in the Apple Store then more power to her. I would, however, point out to you that she wants what she wants. My response would be, "Yes, dear," and go get it because it's not my opinion that counts.

I don't remember her dressed like that in El Dorado.

Back when I was a LEO in Missouri, there was a family of red fox that lived between a strip mall and a small city park where a creek ran though. There were also beaver living in that creek. The damned beaver startled the crap out of me one night while performing a door check on the back of the mall. I must have disturbed the little prick because it slapped its tail on the water real loud making me jump out of my skin!

I was being kind in case there are members who are into that sort of thing.

That's why I never sit up front. On another note, the theatrics they used are a bit much.

"Breaking News" Alex Trebek has died at the age of 80"
E4 No More replied to The Legion's topic in General Chat
It think that it really depends on when it was diagnosed. If you're diagnosed early and it continues to march on, it would appear that the person was able to fight longer. My neighbor did last a year longer than her doctors told her she would live. Towards the end she was on fentanyl patches. Out of mercy my adult daughter secured her some pot to ease her suffering for which her husband was deeply grateful for after she died. She was the second neighbor that I've seen that pot eased her path towards death caused by cancer. It made me re-think my stance on pot to be frank. -

Yep, pancreatic cancer is a tough one. I think about it every time I see a movie with Patrick Swayze in it. -
I guess that they don't have to worry about burying those blades in the desert.

Anther interesting thing that I heard on FOX this morning came from Alveda King (MLK's niece) in Georgia. She said that she witnessed a poll-worker telling people that they didn't have to sign their voter card. Of course, not signing the paper invalidates your vote. She didn't say whether it was being said to all voters, or just one party.

I'm not too concerned about physical safety as I live way outside of the city and we all work from home. I have a generator and lots of fuel in the event of power disruption and short-term disruption of fuel supply, but I'm more worried about storms causing power outages. I also feel that with Tennessee being a red state there's not much of a threat here anyway. I do fear for the businesses in the areas likely to have unrest unless they support the Democrats. They get what they voted for if they supported Democrats.

It did to me too.

Welcome, David.

And crap them all over your car!

That was a very nice thing for both you and your buddy to do.

Having been in a high-speed car chase with felony suspects over city streets, Interstate, and back roads, it may look cool to the observer, but not so much for the participant. It's not much different than being shot at. Fight or flight kicks in but instead of lasting for seconds it lasts for many minutes making you very angry. Just ask Rodney King why that's a bad thing.

We want you to wear a mask because you might be a carrier - even though there's no evidence that you actually have the disease. You do realize that the same "logic" is applied to gun-control, right? We want to take your guns away because you might use it on someone - even though there no evidence that you will. Also, I see so many people either not wearing the mask properly or it simply doesn't fit their face well enough to make the act completely useless.

At least you know that someone's paying attention.

What do you suppose TGO is?
