  1. I'm building a HK45C Tactical clone. Got the barrel today...need suppressor sights. Found them on HKParts, but I need someone in the Nashville area that can install them without destroying them or the gun Any ideas?
  2. I asked the people running the gate. They claimed 'they were trying to be self-sufficient" so I'm guessing it's the fair board trying to show they can break even to keep Kapt Karl off their backs about losing money. Wasn’t impressed with the show….of course I haven’t been impressed with ANY gun show in a very long time
  3. As an instructor I've seen a lot. People not knowing how to load the gun they bring to class. People trying to qualify with .25s they picked up in the pawn shop a few years ago, stuck in a drawer and lost for a while. The worst one I can remember is when I was taking the class myself. There was a O L D fella, wheelchair bound taking the class. He was going to shoot/carry a Beretta pocket pistol (not sure the model, tip up barrel) that he picked up at the factory when his unit invaded Italy. IT HAD NEVER BEEN SHOT. It was still in the factory box. I begged… no pleaded with him NOT to shoot it. I offered him any of my pistols to shoot....nope. I cried every time he pulled the trigger
  4. That's good to hear....hope he's right
  5. I have "Stay back 100 meters or you will be shot" from Spikes Tactical on my truck....wonder what bedwetting pansy will call in on me
  6. I've got a client with a location in Knoxville with a misbehaving Win2003 server. From what troubleshooting I was able to do over the phone, sounds like the NIC failed. I might need someone to be my hands on-site to install/configure a new NIC so I can regain remote access. My schedule won't allow me to make the trip until Friday afternoon at the earliest...and it's a retail site...the server controls the register...you get the idea. Hit me up via PM if you can help me out please
  7. Here's my thought on a crime flash mob MP5K wish several extra mags
  8. Why are you tucking your dang thumb on the 1911...rookie :-)
  9. Nice work. Good luck on the whole job thing. Make sure to let us know the outcome
  10. Use something like UStream....they can take the camera, but not the recording. Broadcast live
  11. Welcome to Tennessee...the patron state of shooting stuff. not a great movie...but I love that quote
  12. Screw another multiplex..build a super gunstore/range so I can go bankrupt :-)
  13. Well thats what happens when companies merge. I KNEW warranty work on the Robocops would go to pot once they were bought out by the Kanemitsu Corporation. sorry...couldn't resist :-) perhaps these people might help...or at leat point you in the right direction Nashville Vintage Pinball Company
  14. Had them down my shirt, in between my shooing glasses and my face, etc...it HURTS. My wife took 2 pieces of 9mm brass shooting a converted AR with the happy switch. I was proud, kept control of the weapon, finger off the trigger and did this shuffle back torso forward move that made the brass fall out...then finished with a mag dump :-)
  15. Full auto toys on your range hognut? Are you going to offer your own memberships or is it going to be GGC members only?
  16. GGC membership or your membership? Where?
  17. From their website "WASP Injection Systems, Inc. does not condone the killing of innocent creatures" REALLY? You make a knife that BLOWS UP CRAP and you don't condone the killing of innocent creatures? Pompus buttheads...I'll stick with Zombie Tools | Weapons Catalog | Zombie-Killing Machetes, Swords, Blades
  18. I've noticed my Sigs (and now that I think about it Glocks as well) will have beads of moisture on them at the end of a hot sweaty day if I use my Minotaur. It's usually on the body side of the gun. I don't know if it's actually sweat or condensation from temperature changes. Doesn’t matter why, the results are the same. I’ve gotten into the habit of checking the gun at night when using that holster. It doesn’t seem to happen with any other IWB rig I use. I'm ordering a Kramer IWB#3 to replace the Minotaur as soon as funds become available.
  19. That sucks. Weekdays are pretty much the only time I can get any quality time with my rifles. Dunndw NRA/State certified handgun instructor
  20. I wasnt aware BT was "teaching" at Gun City. Seems like a match made in heaven
  21. Mine 7.62 POF has got a few hundred rounds through it with no problems, the same with my SPR which is a 9.5in POF upper. Runs like a scalded dog
  22. 1. When I saw this very scene play out, all I could think is "damn I wish I had a 9mm blank" 2. Check the grip on the lady W/ the gun, is BT teaching the homeboy nitesight shooting system now? 3. Is looney tune shooing his pinky off "The Gun City Incident" ?
  23. From what I've been told, take the tazing. It's over in a few seconds. Spray is the gift that keeps on giving...esp in the shower. What I don't understand, is, you don't have to be shot to carry a gun, beat with a baton to carry one, but you have to be sprayed/tazed to carry the things.
  24. Shes wrong...but it's up to you to get her to understand that...if it's worth it
