  1. The only thing lacking was homeland security .
  2. Any specific distance for using this target? (or just to use the info off of it). Sometimes my groups move or go away when I change guns or distance.
  3. Ordered two sets of these last night. When we get to try them we'll do a review. http://cgi.ebay.com:80/Electronic-Hearing-Ear-Protection-Muffs-Tactical-MuffHy_W0QQitemZ320332637913QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item320332637913&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50
  4. You're going to be late. That post is 2 years old.
  5. Great idea, I'm going to stop at big lots manana and see what they have.
  6. Blazer 45acp at Midway $24.49 Magtech at A1AMMO. $16.49 I use a lot of Magtech from A1 and never had a problem. They had been sending it within a few days , but haven't ordered since Oct.'08. I only bought 1 of each at WM because I happened to be there.
  7. The Keltec P11 has a nasty trigger pull. My wife had to use two fingers to shoot it. Even went to keltec, they did a little work and put a trigger shoe on it still no good. Traded it in on a p3at. She loves this one. Score a 95 on hcp qualification.
  8. The Remington megapack is what I bought. $64 for the 40s&w, &82 for 45acp
  9. If the duracoat job is so bad it looks like like spray paint it should come off anyway. I also agree that normal wear says something about a gun.
  10. Wonderful video. I 've flown the flag every day since 9-11, either at the house or on the RV. I don't follow flag etiquette, but it's there ,everyday, and every day I remember 9-11, my brother firefighters, and our military.
  11. Fantastic. If it could be recorded maybe it can be posted here.
  12. This is how I carry .Let's see, two ankles, two shoulders, two OWB, one SOB(small of the back), fanny pack, Down the front like a gangsta. A ruger LCP and Kel-tec p3 in the front pockets and an uzi in the briefcase.
  13. I guess I'll have to divey things up and my wife will have to carry her own . At least her guns and ammo. I had made a target stand out of PVC but she blew that up. I don't have to drag that around anymore:).
  14. Bought 250rds of S&W 40 and 250rds of 45acp at WM Sam Huff Pkwy in Cleveland today. Tax etc. $164. They had some 32 a couple more mega boxes of 40 & 45, a bunch of 22 and shot stuff.
  15. PS, my 13 year old is now 32 and he says "If you can't carry your own stuff, don't go" .
  16. Strange.... I did a search and nothing came up. Anyhoo, creeky's tackle bag looked good, so did Gall's range bag (http://www.galls.com/style.html?assort=general_catalog&style=BG188. I guess anything that would stay square with outside compartments would be good. Plastic hard sides is good if you want to advertise. Good feedback guys!
  17. Could it be "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer" ?
  18. Who uses what for a range bag? Did you buy a dedicated bag or box? Do you make do? Do you need a handtruck to carry everything? I have a DeWalt tool bag, but not real happy with it. By the time I stuff ammo, targets, tape, staple gun, ear muffs, extra ear plug, and the list goes on and on. I like to be organized ?
  19. A bass and a beta. Sorry... not bass, bass.
  20. Also, contact Gunbroker they may be able to help. It seems their rules for sellers are pretty strict.
  21. Sounds a little better. If you don't already have one, borrow, buy or go to a range that rents 22s. Less noise and recoil, she may get to enjoying shooting. Second thought.... check with your ob-gyn that going to the range will not affect the baby. She won't be able to use that as an excuse.
  22. Now that's funny. I don't care who you are, that's funny.
  23. OK, mine was FL. No practical required, that's why. I stand corrected and again learned something from TGO.
  24. The only difference is the cost. You still have to sit through the class and go to the range.
