  1. Good to know. I'll have to put it on the calendar.
  2. Know when the next one is? That is a straight shot for me.

    Small Rant

Yeah I was more irritated that someone posts something and there is no response when interest was shown in the item. It wasn't just me based on a couple of posts on the thread. I am over it now. Just needed to vent. I'll move on to find something else to spend my money on.

    SNOW!!

Snow is still coming down at my home in Sumner County. My kids are having a blast outside!
  10. True
  11. Without knowing more details you will get incomplete advice. He may be able to if he itemizes his taxes only for the amortized amount. He would need to put the party's tax ID on the return as the entity he paid interest to. It is just like someone that has a traditional mortgage. This sounds like a seller financed mortgage. In general, he can amend his taxes for the past few years. I second the advice to talk to a tax professional. Good luck.
  12. That is great. What an accomplishment for your son. Good luck in your search.
  13. This was great and congrats to those that won. Merry Christmas y'all.
  14. Thanks for sharing.
  15. We need more paint ball awareness. We are ranked 49th! That will surely improve our chances in the pending zombie apocalypse!
  16. North of Nashville
  17. Anyone know of some one that teaches about black powder /muzzleloading in middle Tennessee? I've been interested in it for a while and finally decided to take the plunge but I know next to nothing about them.
  18. I barely made the cut! Merry Christmas.
  19. Wow. I like those!
  20. Around $1,000. I'll look up your suggestions.
  21. Life sure throws curveballs at times. I posted this question and all sorts of drama happened on the home front. Luckily, no ones dead just bruised and healing. But I digress. I am looking for a something that will spot for a couple of calibers, 22 up to 308, if possible, and for anything under 400 yards distance wise. Not real sure on a budget because I have no clue what a good price range would be. Not looking for top of the line necessarily but also want something that is a good quality. I believe you get what you pay for. Hope that clears it up.
  22. I am looking for a local purchase of a decent spotting scope in the Nashville area. Anyone have any suggestions on places to look? Thanks for the help!

    Brownells?

I've ordered from them many times and will in the future. Good customer service too.
  24. Another that I have come across is when you counter what the seller is asking they become offended that you are asking for less than they advertise. Buying and selling is about agreeing to terms. If terms are different there is no need to complete the transaction. Also, there is no need to be offended if someone values what you are selling differently than you.
