  1. I live in Memphis and my packages usually go to Memphis then  to Southhaven then on a truck to me(north Memphis). I've had weirder though.
  2. I was going to read this and see about doing this as a hobby as well as reloading. I found the book online for $25 plus shipping but was wondering if any book aficionados knew of any bookstores that might have it here in Memphis area for a few ducats less(used is fine)?       I have read that this(3rd edition) is better than the 4th edition(for my interests) but am basically going to read first and decide later. I found a pdf and a couple articles on it and seems like it could be interesting. Thanks
  3. I have a 3 cylinder Yugo, only 2 run but she's a beast downhill!
  4.   That's where I got the idea. I was just thinking about my buddy Mark(he carried in his wallet also) down in Florida and thought I'd post it.
  5. Only thing about restaurants too is that they always have a chance of having a bad night. It takes one employee to be in a bad mood or just be having a bad night that can ruin it for all. Many other equations too but hopefully you don't run into any of this and if you do, remember, don't kill the messenger...  :usa:
  6. look at all there clearance, t-shirts, hats and a hand guard for .95 cents
  7. Welcome to the forum and the great state of Ten...Tenne...Tennes...Home!
  8. oh wow, thank you   ...but they want 234 for part, gotta go with Autozone so far, gonna check some more though...  :surrender: <---not yet, lol
  9. I'll be getting an ignition coil that would be $165 for $145(after taxes) and free shipping over $75. It's 3-5 day ground but hell, why not? I needed it anywho...   Enter 20TUNE10 in code box
  10. I can't help you with dinner(wrong coast) but for lunch one day, go to Publix grocery store and get your favorite hoagie, sub, sandwich or whatever you like to call your deli meat on a roll. Trust me, they are well worth getting, especially if you like Italian style hoagies from NE area of the states. Even if you don't want to go out out for dinner one of your nights there, would make a good bring back to room for dinner also...
  11. loosened tension, there was a pin to slide out and cable came out, thank you cz and thank you Chris for willing to come over and will hit you up if anymore questions...
  12. I'm trying to remove the carb to clean up(hopefully) and get her running to sell. Can anyone tell by the pics what I need to do to remove cable please? I noticed some bike enthusiasts in other posts is why I try here before signing up to a motorcycle forum since I don't actually ride(other drivers scare me). This is camera phone, if more pics needed, I can do and/if/or it's going to be tricky reassembly, I'll try to clean as is and hope... thanks
  13. Thought I'd put this up for it may interest some fine folk. I don't know much about them but I love finding stuff like this and reading up on it, which is what I am about to do. $329 or $299 each if you buy 2.   http://www.southernohiogun.com/bulgarian-makarov-pistols-unissued-condition.html
  14. I think I stated this in my hello thread, not sure but I have yet to own a handgun due to the fact that I love to drink...a lot. Ever since I was a teen I drank...a lot. Now, in my mid 40's and quit a year and half ago, I have this ever growing desire to own a gun and once I get moved  settled, take a class or two and into my new place, I will purchase my first handgun.      From watching the firearm classifieds daily on here, it has a high chance to come from one of these TGO members as they are always fare in every manner.      My point is that I never felt comfortable even thinking about owning a gun in my previous condition and it actually surprises(dunno if word i am looking for) me now that I look back that this was the main reason I never wanted to own a gun. Surprises me in that I was responsible that way, just to be somewhat clear.      Actually kind of interesting typing this out even... as it has me think back at how irresponsible I was except for the gun/alcohol mix or not mixing I should say,
  15. All I can think about is working for a company that does work(of any kind) for the military, it sucks because there is a ton more paperwork and nitpicking. :surrender:
  16. This is just something fun I like to do. I use a Yahoo email for stuff like this in case they sell my email off but since I've been entering, I haven't seen any spam. I'm not promoting these in any way and am only posting for those that like to diddle in this contest junk, lol.  :P   I found three that I enter. 2 daily and one is a one time entry with a monthly drawing.     The first is Springfield Armory(most legit one) and you can enter once an hour. There are thousands that enter so your chances are slim but it's fun for me to dream. They have daily draws for stuff and a weekly draw too. http://duel.springfield-armory.com/vote   This other is Florida Gun Supply and is monthly. They do a thing where if you follow/like through facebook and twitter, you get more entries. I think this is legit too but the like and follows may get your social media accounts used for promotions(I dunno if but wanted to warn just in case). I have facebook and twitter but only use them for nonsense like this, so they can send me ads if they want. Giving away a  Ruger LCR .38 Special http://floridagunsupply.com/free-guns   This one is from Grab-A-Gun and is a Mark III lite with suppressor. This is a monthly draw and seems legit. Can enter once every 6 hours if you want. http://grabagun.com/giveaway#.Vfr2Z99VhBc   I don't recommend entering if you never have before because it's addicting to get your hopes up with dreams that never come true*     *You have been warned :P
  17. I used to hire help moving furniture all around the country from people that waited outside the agency. Most agencies would line us up with help if we needed it(which was rare). Sometimes they would be hard workers and sometimes not so much. It's pretty much a crap shoot any time you hire help. You could try a big moving company because most these guys want to make cash and am sure some yard work would be an ok change of pace. All you gotta do is drive up to a well known(big) moving company and you'll see them out front early am. This is just an idea and just touching base on hired help being a "you never know" until you use the guy type dealio...
  18. I just got this in mail today from rakuten and it has the Condor tag attached. Not bad delivery time for free shipping.  :)
