I'll never shoot cheap .22 lr ammo indoors again. Remington bricks. Was about to gag last time doing it.

I'd call in 3 weeks. Amazing how they seem to spring to action when you call. I think waiting 3 weeks is reasonable.

I'd suggest renting them both and seeing which you like. I've shot both and find the .40 recoil a bit harsh on the small frame that they share.

If you get one, check out Federal's new .410 ammo which gives better penetration than most .410 makers.

I fail to understand all this verbiage about food, bars, restaraunts, etc. This law could be so simple: "Any HCP holder is exempt from the no-carry law in an establishment serving alcohol for on site consumption...." Just don't see why they threw all this extra junk in there. Just gave the anti's an avenue.

The only gun that .45 ACP belongs in is a 1911.

It's unconstitutional in as much as we should be able carry where ever we like and without permits, according to the 2A. We should not have to have laws that allow us to do someting in this regard. The 2A doesn't have any if's or but's in it. States and localities are constantly infringing on our 2A rights. They are the ones acting in an unconstitutional manner. That is what McDonald v. Chicago will show.

We all need to chill. We're going to get this back, and maybe an improved version at that. It just might take a few months. We need to take the high road as law abiding HCP holders. That's why we got our permits in the first place, because we take the high road when it comes to the law.
