I am diabetic so the Dr insists it is diabetic neuropathy, even though the pain began before the diabetes. My personal opinion is the leg and foot pain comes from being overweight for years and my feet and legs taking a beating. I also think radiation treatments for Prostate cancer may have damaged the nerves leading to my legs

I want to agree 100% with this, but just couldn't bring myself to hit the "like this" button. it just seems weird , someone on Facebook will post "my mother died" and 50 people will "like" it.

I take Meloxicam (another NSAID) every day. Recently begin to wonder if it was doing me any good so I stopped for a week. could barely get out of bed. I also take Gabapentin, which helps block nerve pain. If I had known I was going to live so long, I would have taken better care of my self.

When I get taken out, I don't want it to be because I ran out of ammo.

Thanks everyone. Further investigation reveals the backup drive actually failed in December. Someone just dismissed the warning so I really need to get the main drive's info. These are connected with firewire 800, but I have also tried USB. The main drive won't spin up. I can hear it trying at first then it just shuts off. I have removed the drive from the case and connected it with a bare drive adapter, but no change, so no utility is going to help. I am calling several places to get an idea of price. This really kills me since I know better.

My wife's business computer is set up so most business related info is on an external drive. That drive automatically backs up to a separate external drive. Last night the business drive crapped out. A minor inconvenience right? After all I have a current backup. Sh*t. The backup is dead too. I had been intending to start with an online backup, just hadn't done it yet. Both drives have mechanical problems. I am going to have to bite the bullet and try a data recovery service. Anyone have any experience with one they could recommend ?

I can't wait any longer. I've got to go shooting. Who is ready to hit Norris tomorrow? It may be cold but I figure if I burn enough powder I can warm it up a little. Thinking about noon. Who's in?

Looks like I might have to do that, although it's beginning to look like I might get away tomorrow afternoon.

I did some searching before I bought a generator. It seems a number of "experts" say that running electronics from a generator is not a problem.  One article was written by an electrical engineer explaining in great detail (that I didn't understand) why it was ok.
