My next door neighbor had a model battleship that was about 3 feet long. We packed it full of plastic bags of gasoline and dropped a m-80 down the stack. It was an epic explosion. Another time we gathered up all the old dried out christmas trees in the neighborhood, piled them as high as we could, added 5 gallons of gas for good measure and lit it. It really was an amazing fire until it spread to the woods and required 3 fire engines to bring under control. As you can see I was quite the fire bug and if it would explode and then burn, that was better.

Thanks for every opinion. I realize this will require an attorney but I am just trying to determine if it would be worth it. His criminal defense attorney doesn't want to persue it so would require another attorney. Supposedly the judge told him he can get his guns back if he completes his probation, but that Is only hearsay

I never said or implied that anyone said me or someone  else couldn't get the guns. I had no idea but thought someone here might know or at least have an idea if it was worth pursuing getting the guns.

There may be some details I don't know but I have seen the x-rays and surgical incisions. I have seen the damage to the house and the busted safe. I have talked to an eye witness. I have seen photos taken 8 days later that show bruises from head to toe. I have generally given law enforcement the benefit of the doubt, but I can't see any reason to treat a 67 year old disabled veteran that was walking with a walker like this. I am just trying to help someone out by possibly selling a few guns for him.

This is not a prank. I have known this person for 25 years. he needs the money and would like to sell the guns. He's afraid he won't live long enough to ever get them himself.

I know no one can answer this for sure, but there are a lot of extremely well informed people here.   I know a man that was arrested on a felony charge. After practically killing him during the arrest the police broke into his house even though he gave them the key, then broke into his hidden safe, even tho he told them where it was and gave them the key. They took all his guns and ammunition even a large inert shell his grandfather brought back from WWI. He eventually was put on probation for 4 years and told he could get his guns back then. My question is would it be possible for someone else to retrieve them now so the guns could be sold? He really needs the money. Getting arrested isn't cheap and his only income is social Security and VA disability.

I have type 2. I take metforman and was on insulin for a while but could never get stable. Switched the insulin to Victoza and Lost 40 lbs without trying. Unfortunately I have gained some of the weight back but my sugar levels have stayed good. My last a1c was 5.6. Those that are using artificial sweeteners should do some research. They fool the body and can cause sugar fluctuations. New info shows the are bad for you in a lot of ways. The wife and I have quit soda and artificial sweetners completely.

Pro gun organizations should publicly distance themselves from this guy. Lots of people want to know why "peaceful" muslims don't condemn radical Islam and just assume it implies agreement. I think the same thoughts will be at work here

Another unrelated reason to leave some distance to the car stopped in front of you. Many years ago I came upon stopped traffic on the interstate, I stopped well short but when I Looked in my mirror the driver of a 24' truck was either asleep or trying to pick something up from the floor. I cut the wheel and dropped the clutch.I had just cleared the corner of the car in front of me when he hit. Knocked me over 250' down the grass median. I feel sure I would have been crushed had I not had room to clear the other car.
