Year before last I got a flu shot. 4_weeks later I had to drive myself to urgent care. The "flu" had its way with me. Had to go on steroids so I could breathe. Weird thing is my sense of smell and taste disappeared. I still can't smell or taste like I used to.

Yeah, it's our nature to be impatient. Be cool, it'll happen.
-
I'm just basing this on previous occurrences we've seen reported on TGO over the years. Stuff happens, it's taken care of, but somewhere someone doesn't note it in the right place, and years later this deal occurs. Good luck and keep us informed as to the outcome.

Because someone somewhere did not have the info to cleanup your background indiscretions you're getting dinged. Might be time to consider spending a few bucks on a knowledgeable attorney to clean this up.

Happy Turkey to all you turkeys. Jus me, my darling bride and the furry critters this year. My crew showed up last weekend for my birthday. So, I'd like to wish every one of my fellow curmudgeons here a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving. You folks are like my giant dysfunctional family. Stay safe, all y'all.

Warren tended to be spot on.

Personally, I'm gonna blow off work tomorrow, grab my better half and the dog and head to White Top Mountain. I need a little mental health break. My boss said it was OK. Of Course my boss is a real ass. Did I mention that I'm self employed???!!! All y'all hang in there and take care of yourselves. This too will pass.

Well this is a seriously bummer thread. Somebody really needs to get outside and take a hike or shoot a can or something.
-
Well said. The first 6 or 7 months weren't too bad. It's getting a little tedious, as is evidenced by the increased infection numbers.

Hang in there. Prayers sent.
-
And what has this taught you grasshopper?
-
Well crap. Hang in there Steelharp. Sending a prayer up for your recovery.

Might be time to take another look at reloading

Nothing like the smell of molten lead in the morning...... Lol -
We always used the metro.

Barely...

We had some family in Alexandria so back in the early nineties we'd take the kids up and head into DC on the metro. It was a lot of fun. I've wandered through neighborhoods so sketchy that the black women would stop us and try to point us in the right direction. It was a hoot. I still love DC. It doesn't hurt that I saw CSNY at the McDonough Arena back in the early 70's.

Oh no. I used to do Bristol to DC on a regular basis. It was easy in the seventies and eighties, but by the 1990's it was a nightmare. I once sat in a traffic stoppage for over 3 hours at the I81 and I64 junction. 6 tractor/trailer pileup. Complete with fire, hazmat, and dead bodies.

I think we've all been had. I've decided I'll spend my money on ammo instead of questionable lobbyist...

You know I'm done convincing folks reloading is a good thing. Don't do it. It's bad for your health and dangerous. You might blow something up. Now to order supplies..... -
Let me add that all the Interstate routes suck these days...
-
It's not. Just quieter. I've done the Bristol to Richmond and Bristol to DC run many many times in my youth. You must admit though it's A pretty drive.

And with the way things are currently a little Zen reloading is a good thing... -
I just poured 3 fingers of bourbon in your honor. Have a good evening.
