  1. Figured I would sale another one of these guys. Brand knew never fired. Only upgrades on this one is the front grip, ambi safety and mlok panels. Meprolite BUS with tritium. I did install a used BCM VLTOR ambi charging handle on this one. All other parts and components are new. Complete BCM rifle front to back. Not a build. Will come as pictured. Need to sale this one so no trades. Again, in my opinion, there isn’t a better rifle available. Just more expensive and more complex. Knoxville/Chattanooga area meet. 1400 firm. This is posted on other sites also but I will always give preference to TGO members.
  2. They usually charge 100-120 per tree if they just have to cut and fell and leave the stump. Could save money if your handy somewhat. I just didn’t want to hear my wife after cutting a tree and it falling through my house.
  3. I use a group from Maryville TN. They removed 10 trees for 900.00 the first time. I paid 1000.00 because it took them 3 hours. The second time they removed 13 trees for 1000.00. They were done in 4 hours. I didn’t have them remove the stumps because I have several more trees to cut down and will rent a stump grinder when I get all that need to be down, down. The last time I just had them cut and fell the trees. I have a saw to cut them up and get the brush gone myself.
  4. Brand new never fired BCM rifle. 14.5” barrel. Bought 4 of these last year and after buying a barrel of ammo, I need to get a bit of cash back. Rifle is absolutely brand new. BCM lower and BCM upper. Was bought as a complete rifle, not a pieced together garage built rifle. Radian charging handle, Dead Air Keymo muzzle brake. Is not pinned and welded. BCM furniture with fore grip. Magpul iron sights, Magpul sling, BADD lever, Breek Arms safety selector, Magpul magazine release, Trijicon MRO Green dot, Eotech G33 magnifier, Surefire Scout light with Magpul switch mount. Legally it is NOT a rifle until pinned and welded. Legally it does not have a stock. NFA rules apply. I know there are more expensive rifles available. There isn’t a better rifle available. Knoxville/Chattanooga area meet. Thank again guys!!! SOLD!!!
  5. My Glock 19 I bought new was 628 out the door. 500 is a phenomenal price.
  6. I’m really struggling to not drool.
  7. I get that! The Strike Eagle line to me seems to always be the budget line for Vortex. Not necessarily a bad think. Just a big jump in quality from the strike eagle to the Razor. I have no experience with the Athlon stuff. I do have a Riton 1-10x28 LPVO on one of my AR 10s and I have been blown away by it. Perhaps Riton stuff is good also. I don’t know what their program is for mid range scopes.
  8. Knoxville Tactical. They also have the 800rnd SAW cans. They have all kinds of surplus cans
  9. Between the Mark 4 and the Razor. In the Army, guys used the Leupolds forever. Back in the stone ages in 04-05, the Mark 18 program was getting going and you could bring your own stuff. Most guys had the Leupolds. Toward the end of my “stay” big army was getting stricter on what was used so information was standard and went to the Vortex Razor line and I believe they are still there for mid distance stuff. 600-1200 meters or so. Beyond that the Nightforce optics really shine. In my opinion anyway.
  10. This guy/gal does not respond. To post, pm’s or any commonly known ways to communicate.
  11. From what I KNOW, the main difference was the trigger. Basically if you like shooting yours, then you have a gen2. The gen 1 had close to a 11 lbs trigger pull. I really love these rifles. Obviously Sig does too!! They just want 4k for theirs! I bought it so my wife and girls wasn’t so intimidated when shooting an AR. I really like that wood!! Maybe at 6.5 Grendel and use it as a real deal hunting rifle that only weighs 6 lbs!
  12. My wife took a Woman’s beginner handgun class at a local range to me. In that class they use exclusively 22LR. A Glock 44, Browning Buckmark. Ruger etc. She really liked the Glock, as do most with sense, the following week we went and bought a new Glock 44 and that’s what she still carries 3 years later. I have tried several different times to get her to a 9mm. But she is just like her husband and is stubborn. We researched the 22lr “defensive” ammo and settled on the newer Federal Punch. Using an aftermarket 18 round magazine, I feel confident she will be ok. Or really puss someone off.
  13. IMO, it’s really hard to beat a Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmoor or a Savage 110 in same caliber. Ammo is somewhat economical. The rifles are not stupid expensive. That way after a few month you decide your just not into it, you don’t have 5 grand in your stuff. I would spend 6-800 on a Ruger American Predator in 6.5 Creedmoor. Spend your money on a scope. Don’t over spend unnecessarily on a rifle. If your just starting, your just starting. The 6.5 Creedmoor round is good at distance 1000-1400 meters plus. Great game hunting round. Anywhere from a buck plus per round. Common round and easily found. Good luck with your new, tragically addictive hobby.
  14. Ok guys. Up for sale or trade is a cool different take on the AR platform. Basically a special lower receiver and BCG. Install an AR15 platform upper receiver and you’re good to go. The stock is a Remington 1100/870 style stock. Currently has a complete Aero upper receiver. Accepts normal AR magazines. Will come with 3-30rnd pmags. Has a Magpul fore grip installed. Magpul MBUS PRO iron sights. Monstrum 1-10x24 mm LPVO. It is less intimidating for new shooters IMO. Today it is up for sale or trade. New these things run 1300 plus stripped down. I think a fair starting point is 1000 with mags, sights, optic, and grip. I’m always willing to listen to offers. Trade interest are AR15/10 lowers stripped or complete. MOS version of the 9mm Glocks. Decent semi auto 12ga shotguns. Always interested in fair priced ammo as a trade option. 9mm,357Sig, 5.56/223, 308/7.62nato. East TN area. Knoxville to Chattanooga could work for meet.
  15. The ad says that it’s a 19MOS slide on a 45 frame. My assumption is they don’t use the same serial numbers for both models.
  16. I sure wish I had a drool emoji!!
  17. I……can’t……
