I just bought a 12x Weaver scope on 24hourcampfire.com classified section for $98. I wouldn't swap it for the best Tasco or Simmons you can lay your hand on. If you watch the classifieds on some of these sites as well as ebay, you can find great deals on used scopes. I have several Leupold scopes, and would consider selling one, but miine aren't as big as you'd like.I'd suggest you watch ###.com as well as several gun related forums that have classified sections. Just leave a few for me!

It doesn't make it shoot any different, but does ruin collector value beyond the parts one could salvage from it. You'd need to figure out what someone would pay for a shooter, and then the total you could get from selling it part by part.

I've tried about everything except an ankle holster. I don't even like socks, so I'm convinced that couldn't be comfortable. I haven't found the perfect solution yet. Maybe it varies from person to person, but I don't think it exists. I most frequently pocket carry a j frame 38, and recently have come to prefer the slimness of a Ruger LCP. If my clothing permits, I prefer OWB. As others have stated, a good double layer gun belt makes all the difference.

I'm not directing my blame towards the Democrats alone. Both parties suck, and seem to be treading ever closer toward a one world government as well as unbridled socialism. Once these folks get a taste of power, their thirst can't be quenched.
