  1. It seems to have fixed that, but you need to check something new. If I type in the address as “tngunowners.com/forums” I get the site as normal. If I type it in as “tngunowners.com” I get this:
  2. Just logged out and did a screen cap. This is what pops up at every screen. I’m just gonna say it. Log in and it goes away folks. I mean, if it bugs you it’s in your power to fix. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  3. I’m working from the assumption that this shop will no longer be in business after the prosecution. As far as acquiring records of stores still in business, it’s been well documented that they’ve been illegally scanning 4473s during inspections for quite a while.
  4. The records will go to the ATF because once the shop goes out of business, it’s records get shipped to the ATF. That said, while a good forensic accountant can likely suss out the details of any accounting shenanigans going on here, I suspect. that it’s a lot harder to hide the inventory moving in and out when it is on 4473s.
  5. Hey y’all, this is an excellent deal. I wouldn’t sleep on it.
  6. Is that an airsoft trigger? It looks like some sort of electronic trigger.
  7. The problem is that Bruen does not address the thing you have an issue with. The state by statute chooses how to levy punishment of a crime. When it decides that it is done keeping a person under its oversight and releases them back into the community free and clear, whether after one day or 100 years, their right to self defense and the arms that involves should rightfully return. That’s where Bruen becomes involved. Not while they are under state oversight, but AFTER they are released from it. While I have long standing opposition to the death penalty, I otherwise agree with this statement. If one is to take issue with the workings of the legal system, this is where the focus should be. Justice reform is needed to make consequences for criminal activity be clear and unavoidable. Restoration of rights, like this decision is a integral part of that as the perpetuating of a second class of citizenry only encourages recidivism. Folks should either be allowed to rejoin society fully, or not at all. Half-assed measures are counter productive for society as a whole.
  8. Then it sounds like you issue lies with the judicial system and it’s failings. So why support an unconstitutional abrogation of rights? Especially in a time when the laws are so voluminous and opaque that nearly anyone can be charged and convicted of a crime to have their rights stripped. Why not work to change what’s broken instead of being mad that something got fixed?
  9. Streamlight Protac HL-X The Goonbeam lights ship with a rechargeable, but also will work with 2 CR-123 batteries. https://www.goonbeam.com/Long-V1-Max-Candela_p_13.html
  10. Well, like I said, the truth about him personally at this point is irrelevant. It’s become about what he represents.
  11. The folks in that town are going to be biased. They’re the ones he struck against. That said it would not surprise me if folks thought he was an ass. An easygoing guy isn’t gonna take it to the extremes that Marvin did. He’s gonna fight the whole way when he feels as if he’s been wronged. He isn’t admired for being likable, he’s admired for having had enough of a government’s bullsht and taking it to them.
  12. Getting out of AKs altogether, so here is my last one. This Bulgarian AK74 was built from a kit imported prior to the barrel ban so it has an original Bulgarian barrel. Rifle built by T.Mark Graham of Arizona Response Systems on a Nodak Spud receiver. That alone makes this a premium rifle. Rifle has been upgraded with a US Palm grip, extended charging handle and Ukrainian made flash hider. Will come with 10 Bulgarian, steel reinforced polymer mags and 1k rds of Red Army Standard 5.45x39 ammo and 100rds of Hornaday Black Vmax 5.45. $2200 I have an additional 3k of Red Army Standard 5.45x39 available to buyer of rifle @ $500 per case. Will be listed separately at $600 per case.
  13. Some details I should’ve added in the original post: Has a Gen 2 bolt that has seen less than half (~1/3) of the total rounds on uppers as the Gen 1 bolt was replaced by LMT. Lower has a LaRue MBT trigger and BCM grip as those are my preferred items. Lower is actually newer built and not what the uppers were originally fired with.
  14. Felt cute. So I pent it. Might get overruled later.
  15. I am highly relieved that this thread was not what I was afraid it would be.
  16. The older I get, the more low my balls get.
