And of course, I managed to get this into the wrong forum. My apologies and if an admin can move it I would appreciate it.

Vision Kamado grill bundle, BNIB, charcoal or propane, accessories. A couple of years ago I put it the word with friends and family that someone should gift me a komado style grill. Well, I got two of 'em. And me being the irresponsible person that I am, I've been using the other one that is just like this one forgetting that this one was sitting in the way right in the middle of my shop, still strapped to the pallet it arrived on. Oh well, a little late to return it now. So, here it is, up for grabs. Best I can tell, these things retail for about a grand, give or take, depending on accessories. This one needs a new home so it's half price. $500 cash and I'll load it onto your truck or trailer. I'm south of Columbia, between Summertown and Ethridge. Please save me from having to deal with FB marketplace!

Clearly, my communication skills are lacking! As one who has never been accused of being wealthy, my thoughts were of doubling your original purchase price of several decades ago. So, to keep my mouth from writing a check that my wallet can't cash I had better sit quietly, watch and wish. Best of luck! I only wish that I was a player here! Someone is gonna get an awesome piece of history here. -

Wow. What a memory. I guess an offer to double your money wouldn't get much more than an eye roll as a reply, would it? -
Anybody know if this will work with a gen 4?

Sadly, I've outgrown a few. I've got several for when my diet and exercise program starts to work.

As a miserable old boomer I'm pretty old school. The Amish around here make very high quality leather goods at good prices. Their 1.5 inch, 13/14 oz belts with stainless buckles and screws go for around twenty bucks. Takes a few years to wear the new off but once broken in they last a few lifetimes.

Dang. At that price I'm considering buying a Silverado just so I can use it! -
The stops associated with the parkway are well marked. Recommend research ahead of time for state and local attractions like state parks, local towns and dining, wineries, lodging, etc

Santa shopping is done so now it's time to find myself a present. The perfect fit is a well used but not abused long slide 9mm Glock, all original. Prefer gen 3 or later. Will consider almost anything. Willing to meet anywhere from Franklin to Pulaski and between I65 and the Natchez trace parkway. Also interested in a threaded barrel for same and subsonic ammo. Thanks

Absolutely worth the trip! Lots of history associated with it. Meriwether Lewis is buried near Hohenwald with a small monument and museum there. The iron mines are interesting for a quick look. The "old trace drive" and several old trace walking sections give a sense of what it was like back in the day. It was an important overland route since way before white people sailed over. There's a visitors center in Mississippi near tupelo. The gem of the trip is the nature. There's every kind of hike from paved paths to no path at all. Water falls, state parks, River Access with awesome fishing are around every turn in the Tennessee section. Off the top of my head near here there's Devils Backbone state natural area, Laurel Hill wildlife management area, Meriwether Lewis State Park and Jackson falls right along the trace. It's best done in an rv with bikes for side trips, ebikes even better. Take your hiking boots, binoculars and paper maps. Cell service is spotty. Have fun!

Nice looking gear! Sadly, I suffer from the same addiction. -
Tennessee is very socialistic when it comes to digging your own well, complete with required registrations, licensing for both digging and installing pumps, testing even for agricultural use, and heavy fine for infractions. I looked into some of the DIY drilling rigs, even found one on eBay, but the uncertainty of their usability in this area combined with the regulatory hassles shot that project in the head. A call to your local well driller will tell you how deep the water is near you and of course their cost estimate for a hole. No guarantee of water in it though.

I only wish that you were closer to Nashville. What I'd really like is a G17L or even a G34 but they seem to be rare. Of anyone had one of those sub 300 Gen 2's let me know! -
Wow. Three minutes! Bought that one out from under me! Oh well, I'll keep watching the board for me a Christmas present. Congrats to both of you on a quick sale and buy!

So, how many guns do YOU have? A rhetorical Thanksgiving question.

And who's asking -
Old geezers like me have been complaining about the younger generations since before Aristotle, plato and Socrates. It wouldn't surprise me too much to learn that my grandfather complained about my generation. Of course, I was the exception. And let's not even start about the complaints those kids have about us boomers! Happy Thanksgiving and leftover day to all!
