  1. forget that. Keltec has lost their minds, besides I want a carbine. this 5.7 is to expensive. I do hope it is popular. I would like to see what would happen if it took off like the .380. The lcp started a whole new market of nice little guns. I would like to see what Ruger, Taurus, S&W, etc. would do with a high cap .22wmr.
  2. Most of these items have depreciated and you are going to have a loss out of the sale. So, why would a 1099 be required.
  3. I just got back from Tupelo. I thought i could get back earlier. I hate i missed it.
  4. Let mexico have it. They want it back. Mexico will have to take Cali's debt and the hollywood elite with them.
  5. I have a Win 94, 30-30, 1964, ser #2721xxx, In the 80’s my dad put a side mount scope on it. To install the mount, you replace a couple of screws. I want to remove the scope and restore the rifle. Can anyone point me to someone that will know the differences in models of that era so I can get the correct screws. I’ve looked at Numrich, MidwayUSA and Brownells, but there are some different models within the same year of production. I need someone to help me clarify what screws are correct.
  6. yes, but we can pressure NRA to not endorse idiots like Reid.
  7. a lot of shooters on AR15.com have them. I have not read any negative info. I buy a lot of items from Primary Arms. Cheap prices, cheap/fast shipping and great customers service.
  8. I've been wanting a 22mag for a while. I never thougth about a tube fed 22mag. Then.......... I saw one at the gun show in Memphis yesterday for the mid $200's. Left the show went to my fun shop and they tried to sell me an 883 for $250. Later in the day i was headed to the range and saw this rifle for sale, $200. With all the 883's in my face it must have been destiny. I was shopping for a Savage 93 (i think) with the heavy barrel, usually $275 +/-. For the price of the 883 i think i am ahead. The 883 has a nice barrel and nice stock. The savage has a better trigger, but with the paper mate spring mod, i should be set. It shoots fine, well at least what i could find out in 30 minutes of shooting with irons. I took the weaver off, after i get to know it with irons i will try the weaver. The barrel crown, chamber and rifling look great. I already have a Mod 60, i've had since it was new (early 80's), so i like marlin tube feds. The 883 trigger is crisp, although a little heavy, but quite functional. I have read i can get a 1-3lb tirgger with the paper mate spring mod.
  9. Reid is a fool, a pawn. If Nancy or Barry come calling, he will do their bidding. ex. national health care and financial reform. He is a koolaid drinker.
  10. yeah, gun prices at the Agricenter have never been good. Occasionally i find a private sale deal. I go for the spare parts and such. I can find all the little parts that i hate paying shipping for. I usualy leave with a bag full of small parts. Shipping from 3-4 places online would have been $20-25. Yesterday, all i picked up was some punches. Kind of a loss, but it was better than working. The last Southaven show was real small. I didnt care for it. The Jackson TN shows are ok.
  11. yeah true about guns, but the parts and accessories can't be found local. I saw quite a bit of accessories, parts and tools that are hard to find.
  12. You have to be patient and wade thru the beef jerky and swords, but you can find some good deals and parts that i cant get else where. There are usually lots of modern rilfes and pistols, lots of relics, ammo, parts and accessories. The ammo is usually higher than walmart, but there may be the hard to find ammo. Pistol prices are usually euqivalent to gun shops. I usually find some good deals at the private sales. It is not a big show, there is a lot of goofy st, but there is enough to go see. I am failry close, but if I wouldn't go if i was over an hour away. I make a list of a few hard to find parts i need, i usually find most of them at the show. like this weekend, i am looking for some cheap high rings and a Magpul Miad.
  13. I 'll be there saturday morning. I will be wearing the black shirt in my avatar. you will lots of beef jerky, Nazi junk and swords. But there will be alot of guns, gun parts and accessories.

    Ruger LCR - .357!!

.357 in heavy metal only for me. like a GP100 4 inch or bigger. .357 in ultra light is a solution looking for a problem. There will be so much wasted gas, how much velocity will a snub .357 lose?
  15. This.......the only misdemeanor that will get you declined is a domestic violence.
  16. that sounds so wrong......lol I wish it was closer, sounds fun. I have only played it once at Quaker Steak and Lube in Cincy. It was a hoot. It is horseshoes without the threat of a drunk hittin someone in the head.
  17. I sell everthing, except the specific parts i have for spare parts, ex. bolt carrier group, etc. The stuff is so cheap and easy to find, there is no reason to keep it. You can easily find parts if you need/want something. Plus i don't have a lot of storage for a bunch of closet queen parts. Like i said, if i need/want a part i order it and it is very soon on my door step.
  18. Reid is a fool and a pawn of Nancy and Barry. It they come calling he will do their bidding. NRA should never support a pawn of a liberal movement.
  19. welcome,
  20. This weekend is a gun show, so i may be at the 24th with something new.
  21. Leupold rifleman with Burris rings.
  22. Harry may be somewhat pro gun now, but as soon as Nancy and Barry come calling, he will do their bidding. Harry is a fool. Never compromise. Especially when the next congress will be 2ndA friendlier.
  23. I thought if parking lots were off limits, the entrances of the parking lots had to be posted. Is this correct? Or is it different if the lot is your employer's? My employer's policy states, no weapons in any company's buildings. It says nothing about parking lots. Or is the lot covered under a TN law? very gray area. That is why the state legislature needs to clarify this.
  24. You should shoot my Walther PPS 9mm. 1500 rounds no failures (knocking on wood), accurate, etc. 4-5pm, 7/24, RUSA is good for me as well. I will have family in town, but i should be able to work around the meet.
  25. yeah, private property of my car. There is already a law about guns in school parking lots. As long as the weapon stays in the car and is not handled, it is legal. The law should be the same for work parking lots.
