  1. Looks like a great class. Are you going to make any changes to your med. kit now that you have took the class? Also did any part of your "tactical" kit fail you? Rifle, hangun, chest rig? Did you take immediate action medical before this? Being a RN student I am always happy to read reviews of any medical related class.
  2. If you buy more than one handgun on the same 4473 the FFL has to fill out another form with your info and the guns info on it and send it to BATFE. They also have to send it to a local law enforcement agency.
  3. I found mine this week. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/handguns/64857-finally-found-1911-i-have-been-looking.html
  4. I have been looking for one of these for a few years. It is a Springfield full length rail Operator. They only made these for a little while and then went to the half rail model and that's all they have made since. It will being going to a 1911 smith soon to get worked over. I want to have the slide dove tailed, new sights, new trigger, main spring housing, mag well, beavertail, the works done to it. Thanks to Daniel (Metalhead) for giving me the heads up on the gun and holding it for me. The ammo in the pic is the new Hornady "Zombie Max". Sorry about crappy iPhone pic.
  5. Yea he is on the practice squad. He kicked in the orange and white game in the spring and he had already dressed for two games this year.
  6. Yea, I have a hard time finding child rape funny....
  7. I have no idea. All of the current coaching staff will be gone once they hire a new coach. But they should have already fired everyone involved in the "cover up".
  8. If you SBR it then you are probably going to keep it the rest of your life so why not "get what you have always wanted"? I would get on hkpro.com and read in the clone section about the 7.62x39 guns to see how they run before I bought one. The HK style guns can be problematic at times if even the smallest thing is off. I'm not saying they dont run because I have never researched about them, but I would just check it out.
  9. That's harsh.
  10. I would skip the 7.62x39 and go with a .308. I have just never liked the look of the 7.62x39 HK style guns. Plus you can get HK .308 mags for like $2 each. Get this one and dont look back. PTR PDW Pistol .308 I will tell you that on the .308 you have to shorten the recoil rod and spring for the 51 style SBR's. The regular .308 recoil rod is 12", but you have to have it at 9" to work in the 51 size guns. I have had the full size 91, the 51, and the 51k sized clones and my favorite is the 51. It is a great range toy.

    WWII Rifles

One model was 750 rpm and the other was 900 rpm. They are very rare and very expensive machine guns. The one from the Stern collection sold for $149,500. A machine gun dealer I know has two of them. But they are not for sale.
  12. Yea I was following this story on twitter on Saturday. It really made for a great story and he seems like a good kid. I heard it was on the yahoo.com home page this morning. Glad it went national.
  13. Mine is also still available for anyone who wants to try it out. Just let me know.
  14. What time of day was it when he got hit?
  15. Congrats Mike. Feels good when your team wins doesn't it? Especially if you have been with them through the bad seasons. It just makes it feel that much better. And about CJ, he is the Bernie Madoff of the NFL. Maybe the Titans will cut him before March and "only" have to pay him $17 mil.
  16. I can meet you or send you mine that Willis68 gave me. You can carry it and try it out a few days if you want. Let me know what you want to do.
  17. No. None around here.
  18. If you are ever in the White House/Goodlettsville/Rivergate area let me know and I will let you take a look at my Bobcat SBR.
  19. It works fine. But as with most brakes it is loud. I think you will like it.
  20. The line has been sitting at LSU +4.5 or +5 most of the week. And I just checked and 50% of odds makers have it at LSU +4.5 and the other half is still sitting at LSU +5. At this point it might move down to +3.5 but I can't see it going under that. I got in at +5.
  21. On a side note, I heard from a odds maker in Vegas that 75% of the public money was coming in on LSU with the points. I would expect the line to shrink a little before Saturday.
  22. You care enough to take the time to post. And I took LSU with the points.
  23. Wish I could help, but I didnt sync my calenders. I am using the photostream which works great.
  24. You do realize that Kiffin had two first rounders and a second round draft pick on his 2009 team right? He had six total players drafted that year.
