You can bend the springs to lighten the trigger pull. Dolomite did this to mine, and it made a big difference.

Cuddyback. They aren't cheap bit they are just great cams. I've had them shot with high powered rifles, still worked. Obviously this is not advisable but was a surprise to me. The newest versions are small and nearly invisible. This helps not only in game but helps prevent theft. Others may have better options but i chose Cuddyback.
