  1. Bubba, did you guys end up going out to eat? I was planning on going but my phone is DEAD and I couldn't find you guys
  2. dang it!!! I did a quick search before posting and didn't see anything.
  3. AHAHAHAHAHHAHA still laughing!! "hide yo husbands too, they raping everybody"
  4. Watch the original video first and then the remix!!! Video gets interesting around 1:00 and then again at 1:25 and the amazing remix.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_253345&v=ODXE5WZS4jY&feature=iv
  5. I have the Tenacious as my EDC as well. I was mine was 1/2 serrated like yours though. Great value!!
  6. so can someone please tell me what the picture is of?
  7. I still don't know what is in the picture. looks like 2 fire fighters.....maybe?
  8. Hey Link, how about next time just skip the hassle and post the gun for sale here on TGO? What happened to you is unfortunate but at least you can now take your business elsewhere and feel good about it.
  9. I don't see any harm done. Like you said, you did not ask for the price change, they offered. The TGO arm-chair elitists need to relax.
  10. fastest I've driven was 144 m.p.h. Honestly though it doesn't feel any faster than going 120 which I used to do on a regular basis. I sold my fast car though after I grew up a bit and realized I was going to kill myself. Would you believe 144 was done in a Nissan Maxima I had????? Not what you'd expect from a mom-car
  11. It looks like you are absolutely correct. I knew there was a reason I always thought my BLaw professor was a dumbass. She never mentioned a $500 limit. Thanks for clarifying!
  12. When I took the class there was no mention of a $500 limit or rule. If 2 people agree to a deal then it is a legally binding contract. Or at least that is what our professor told us. She was a lawyer also.
  13. Sorry I lost you guys today. I gave up search and went to Verizon to try and get my phone fixed. It is fried!!! Good to see the usuals and meet a lot of new TGO guys. I think we had about 15 guys there give or take.
  14. I can see both sides of this. I think most respectable business should hold to their word but that's neither here nor there. However, I do want to mention that what Bluemax said is correct. If there was an agreement made, even if verbally, it is still an enforceable contract if you wanted to get nasty about it. That's one of the few things I remember from business law 301.
  15. I carried a 24/7 Compact. 3.3" barrel I believe. I sold it to another TGO'er and have regretted it since. Here is the skinny Pros: loved the trigger, rubber grips were very nice, high capacity mags(17+1) and it was flawless through 500 rounds. Cons: it was not very accurate, like.....at all. This was basically the only reason I sold it. However I wish I had kept it around as a camping gun or truck gun. Hope this helps!
  16. I'll be there around 9am. See you guys there.... I'll be looking for and
  17. My dad worked for ADT for a short time and he was told that studies had shown the signs actually help deter criminals. I'm not sure how they test that but either way I doubt the sign will hurt anything. If it were me I would put up the signs and stickers. JMHO
  18. Norm I finally sold the Recon tonight actually. I'll see you up there though.
  19. wow, that's some expensive shipping. Maybe we can get a group of East TN guys to buy in bulk and save on shipping.
  20. I knew this picture was coming ^^^^ I was going to post it if you didn't!
  21. well, even though I'm not a morning person I will probably try to get up there kinda early to beat the crowd. Maybe 9-10. Holler at me if you want to meet up Norm.
  22. I will probably be there. Just sold my Sig p238 today so it's time for a new project!
  23. actually, scratch that. Since you are no longer a benefactor, i'm not sure I want to be seen with you.
