  1. I wouldn't mind fooling around with one of these. I love how Kel-Tec keeps producing unconventional designs like this. If nothing else, it shakes things up a bit.
  2. I might have to have one of these. My LCR might see some competition then.
  3. Dogfort's a pretty big thing over at Reddit. They've got a whole catagory dedicated to it.
  4. MSRP on the website is $995, so street price should be a bit lower than that.
  5. Replace the stock parts one at a time and test in between. If you get back to fully stock and it still stovepipes, then something else is going on.
  6. I'd say either a Glock 19 or a good .22lr.
  7. I can't believe no one's mentioned the Killdozer.
  8. Yep, I got it from Smokey Mountain Knife works. I like to support Tennessee businesses, but I hate that sales tax. Luckily, they've been running some good coupon codes lately.
  9. The UPS guy dropped off my Dad's Christmas present today. I just had to peek and take a few pictures. I'm not usually a big fan of traditional folders, but this one is just plain beautiful.
  10. Just for the record, I've been using my Mechanix gloves a bit more in the recent cold weather, and would not recommend using them as an outdoors cold weather glove. They're fine for going out to the car and grabbing a cold steering wheel, but I wouldn't push them much further than that.
  11. There's a couple of really easy ways to make sure you don't have any metadata attached to you pictures. One is to run them through this metadata removal program. Another is to open the file in Paint and save it out with a new filename. If you use the same filename, the metadata will sometimes stick to the new file, but it won't if you give it a new filename.
  12. I've been thinking lately that a Cavalry Arms polymer lower and a BCM lightweight midlength upper would be a nice match.
  13. I'm AviD on Steam. Here's my Steam profile page. Looks like I might need to pick up codblops as well.
  14. I've got L4D2 on PC. The chainsaw makes my day.
  15. I use a pair of Mechanix Fastfit gloves occasionally. They're pretty thin and comfortable, though I don't know how they would do in cold weather.
  16. +1 I recently started shooting low-left again, but running ball and dummy drills fixed me. My ball and dummy drills were a bit unusual, however. I had four mags in a plastic bag, two had a round in them, and two did not. I grabbed a magazine out of the bag and, without looking, loaded it while holding down the slide release and tried to fire. One of the benefits of this was that the "dummy rounds" came up much more frequently. I was shooting normally (which for me is slowly, but on target) after about 10 rounds of live ammo.
  17. With something like that, I imagine you could skewer 3-4 pigs at the same time.
  18. I nearly crapped myself laughing in that Vault. As far as the bugs in NV, PC Gamer had a post about it this morning. Here's a video of one of the more strange ones.
  19. I find this is rather surprising, to be honest. I've always been under the assumption that marriages were more restricted that this. Also, I don't think the government should be involved in marriages at all. To require permission from the state to marry is outrageous, even though marriage permits are generally not seen as such. Also, Off Topic, but I saw this while looking through the marriage codes. I wonder what the legal definition of an imbecile is.
  20. I bet you could never tell by my avatar, but I really like Fallout 3. I'll probably buy Vegas sometime down the road, but I'm still not done with Fallout 3 yet, and Guild Wars still takes up its fair share of time.
  21. Registering online is a good idea. I've seen some events that accept "walk-ons" but the price is always a little higher than just buying a ticket online. Also, I'm signed up for the event in Lobelville on the 9th and 10th.
  22. I think torture testing has merit, so long as you don't confuse it with function testing.
  23. I'm not usually much of an RTS fan, but I'm totally hooked on SC2. There's a user on youtube that hosts some good replay commentaries by the name of HD StarCraft. His enthusiasm and announcer voice occasionally cracks me up, but they're worth watching, if you're into that sort of thing.
