  1. Welcome to TGO from a fellow Clarksvillian!
  2. Its been my observation that NOTHING will eat a dead cat. A buzzard will pass by a road kill cat for anything else. I also clicked in anticipation of a recipe for feline. However, I am pleasantly surprised and might pass this along to the wife. :)
  3. http://www.artofmanliness.com/2012/06/05/survival-tampon/     Enjoy.
  4. As a Clarksvillian I have already upgraded from a 3 inch blade to a 4 inch blade.
  5. Two men armed with a gun and an ax forces their way into a home to be defeated by home owner with a sword.   http://www.fresnobee.com/2013/05/18/3304709/intruder-killed-in-firebaugh-home.html
  6. We used to stay at a little hotel in New Orleans' French Quarter that was run by two FABULOUS gents who went by Neal and Bob.
  7. I used to work with Mr. Richard Wacker.
  8. That shirt should include a statement about extra credit card debt. LOL
  9. A decently priced Kel Tec Sub 2000. I just found one, thanks to Crossfire. I haven't decided my next Unicorn yet, but probably a pre-Newtown priced Glock. LOL
  10. I live in a rural area. I want all the folks in my area to know I carry, so I OC around the neighborhood. When I leave my neighborhood, I conceal.
  11. I'm not buying a gun I can't get ammo for.
  12. I've found that my car is, in many cases, a much better weapon than my Sig daily carry piece, but I usually pull my carry and stick it between the seat and console, sometimes with, sometimes without holster. While a Dodge Challenger isn't as fast as a bullet, its a much larger projectile.
  13. I LOVE this. Brings a tear to the eye.

  15. I'm a man, following directions is always optional.
  16. On the spur of the moment yesterday I picked up a used Sig Sauer P938 Nightmare at Allen's in Clarksville. The manufacture date is Nov. 2012. The gun doesn't appear to have been shot much, but I know its been fired, because the screws on the grips were loose (hehehe).   I put 50 rounds of the cheapest stuff I had through it just to see what would happen, because I'd heard they were picky about ammo. I used Tulammo 115 grain steel case and the p938 ate it all without a hiccup. Shooting an 8 inch target from 10 yards all 50 rounds were kill shots. My groups look like crap, but thats not unusual for me. And given this is the first time I've been on the range since the scare started, I feel like I performed decent.   The P938 has minimal recoil and was not a problem to shoot over and over again with out stinging my hand, unlike alot of the little pocket sized pistols I've used in the past. The grip is a little short and those of you with paws like catcher's mitts are going to want to spring for the extended mag. I had no problem holding on to it and no problem bringing it back to target after the shot.   Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly is no problem.   Excellent small 9mm. I'd recommend to anyone. Let me know if you have questions.
