I wasn't there, but I could easily see how this story could read one angry driver and the other a case for self defense. I would like to know which driver was following the other to the mall. I don't think there is a person here who wouldn't draw if you we're followed and they pulled a gun.

I don't understand the finer aspects of the law, but it was revealed in a previous post it is an order of temporary protective custody. The father may have jumped the gun, but to get that order the judge had to be convinced it was in the child's best interest until the hearing.
